Yu Yingyi quickly put on her disguise and headed into the main part of the city. She couldn't imagine the terror of entering here without a disguise, swarms of crowds would be after all. Just the thought of that would send shivers down her spine.

When Yu Yingyi made it into the city, it never ceased to amaze her. The citizens trading at merchant shops with their gold, the gold designs that lavished the buildings, and the elegance of the people.

Meanwhile, she looked like a normal person, she felt out of place. But at the same time, wearing noble clothing didn't suit her, she was more into regular clothes.

"Now then, let's pray that Mei Xiang is here." Yu Yingyi muttered.

She had to weave through the crowds to avoid getting squished in between people and to get to the shop. Luckily, Antique Architecture didn't have many people, she was able to catch her breath easily..

Entering the shop, the inside was nearly empty, the only people that were there were the workers that are placing the tiles on the shelves.

"Oh? Yingyi? What're you doing here?"

Yu Yingyi nearly jumped as high as she could when Mei Xiang's voice suddenly appeared behind her.

"Mei Xiang! Don't scare me like that!" exclaimed Yu Yingyi.

"Sorry about that. For a prince, you're pretty easy to scare, but I guess that's what makes you so likable," said Mei Xiang.

"Enough of the sweet words," said Yu Yingyi. "It's fine, just don't do that again."

"Alright, alright. What're you here for? The design still isn't finished." said Mei Xiang.

"Actually, I'm here to ask a favor from you," said Yu Yingyi.

"What is it? You know I'll do anything since I do owe you a favor," said Mei Xiang.

"I want you to hand out jades for an event I'm holding, the jades have the time, location, and the name of the event. I don't have anyone to ask beside you," said Yu Yingyi.

"Handing out jades for an event you're going to hold? I can easily do that for you, but can't you ask the princess?" asked Mei Xiang.

"I would ask her, but she's busy dealing with other stuff." Yu Yingyi replied.

"I see, that was a dumb question to ask. Moreover, what is this event for anyway?" asked Mei Xiang.

Yu Yingyi contemplated on what to say to Mei Xiang. If she told the event was to reveal her true identity and start the legalization of same-sex relationships.

"If I told you what the event is for us now, it wouldn't be fun. I want to surprise you." Yu Yingyi replied.

"Ah, prince, you are truly cruel," said Mei Xiang.

"What?! How?!" Yu Yingyi exclaimed.

"You brought my hopes up when you asked me if I could hand out the jades, but you shattered those hopes of mine when you said you wouldn't tell me what the event was for."

Yu Yingyi deadpanned Mei Xiang. "Stop fooling around, you're the type of person who wouldn't want to be surprised."

"Prince, perhaps I should be your consort instead, you know me so well." Mei Xiang flirted.

"Stop, I can't tell if you're being serious or not," said Yu Yingyi.

Mei Xiang let out a chuckle. "Don't worry, I'm not being serious. Plus, I'm pretty sure the princess is a hundred times far better than me anyway."

"Don't compare yourself to the princess, she's different from everyone," said Yu Yingyi.

"Oh? So you agree with me?" asked Mei Xiang.

"If I say anything else, that would count as flirting with you. There's also the possibility of my wife watching us, I don't want to make her mad," said Yu Yingyi.

"I can't be mad at that answer. So, how are you going to give me that jades?" asked Mei Xiang.

"I'll deliver it to you when it's done, so expect it by tomorrow. Also, do you have anyone else that can help hand out the jades, or is it just you?" asked Yu Yingyi.

"I have people I can ask to help," Mei Xiang replied. "Do you want me to ask them?"

"I see, I was worried if you were going to hand them out alone," said Yu Yingyi. "The choice is yours, you can ask them if you feel like you won't be able to do it alone."

"It's fine, I can do this by myself, even in the scorching heat," said Mei Xiang with her chest out.

"I don't think that's good for your body, I'd prefer if you ask someone to help you, I don't want you to suddenly pass out on the streets," said Yu Yingyi.

"To think that the prince cares so much for my well-being, it makes my face flush and my heart face," said Mei Xiang putting a hand on her cheek and her heart.

Yu Yingyi felt cold sweat drip down from her neck, it felt like Mei Xiang was being serious but at the same time, she was joking. The only thing Yu Yingyi thought of what that this girl was a bit strange.

"Well, whatever makes your boat float. If that's it, I'm going to have to leave now," said Yu Yingyi.

"Wait!" Mei Xiang called out.

Yu Yingyi turned around, "Is there something else you need?"

"You came in here and asked for a favor, can't I ask for a favor back?" asked Mei Xiang.

Yu Yingyi stared at Mei Xiang, she felt like Mei Xiang was a bit different from before, suddenly asking for a favor. Although she felt like there was no harm in asking what was the favor, there was also the fact that she needed to get back home.

"Alright, what's the favor?" asked Yu Yingyi with a sigh at the end.

"I want to walk around the city with you, there's a lot here that I haven't explored yet since I've been busy doing work." Mei Xiang replied.

"I haven't explored much of the city either, I'm not sure if I'm the right person to ask," said Yu Yingyi.

"It's fine, we can explore together!" Mei Xiang exclaimed.

Yu Yingyi stared at the girl who was exploding with brightness, there was no way she could deny her.

With a sign, Yu Yingyi said, "Fine, let's go now."

Sometimes, she felt like she was too nice.
