Chapter 324: Mass Expulsion

Name:War Online Author:Snowstar
Finishing his announcement, Will dismissed everyone from the courtroom, and then, sent a text in the guild channel, in response to congratulations.

Time Traveler: Good job everyone. Now that we captured three kingdoms, our next aim to form an Empire. However, there's still time for that. All of you can take it easy and relax until the rest phase.

Looking at another series of praises, Wil shook his head with a smile and closed the chat tab, and left the courtroom.

Accompanied by a couple of soldiers, he started to walk towards the King's room.

Even before, he went there a couple of times, so, he didn't find any difficulty in finding the room.

The two Royal knights standing outside of the room greeted him with a bow.

As Wil responded with a plain nod, they opened the door for him.

*Ding! You entered a no combat zone.

*Ding! You entered King's chamber. You receive exp buff

*Ding! Your level is detected between 201 and 300. You receive 2000 EXP per second.

*Ding! You reached the maximum level. Please complete the inheritance quest and increase your limit.

Wil sat on the bed, opening the forums. As expected, his battle video against the Zuweth went viral.

Within a few hours, the view count had already surpassed 5 million and is still rising.

"That's great…" Wil didn't care whether others would profit by uploading his video without permission. He was actually more thankful to that user to spread the news like this way.

He clicked on the video. "What!" Wil was taken aback to see the video was taken from a top angle which isn't possible as flying is prohibited within the city.

"Helicam?" Wil fell into deep thoughts. "I don't think Journalist job is added officially to the non-combat profession list, at this point in the timeline. It should be atleast a year away unless someone managed to find the inheritance and then, decided not to unlock it.

Either that or, a guardian beast is holding a camera and shooting it from the skies. Wait a second…"

Something clicked in his mind, and Wil dawned in the realization

He immediately threw the useless thoughts away and nodded to himself, "I see. Now I get it. The flight ring. Someone must have acquired the flight ring. Other than the drones, Helicams and the guardian beast, it is the only thing that can restrict the city rules."

Putting aside the theories, he continued to watch the video.

"Damn… I look cool." Watching himself, saying those dialogues to a kneeling king and the reaction of the others who are standing behind him, Wil felt satisfied.

Like Silver suggested earlier, he decided to celebrate this success, but not alone. He thought of including everyone available that followed his orders.

After finishing the video, he then went to the comment section to see the reaction of the outsiders.

"Hmm?" Immediately a deep frown appeared on his face. It didn't go as he expected.

Back then, when he saw how thousands of players cheered for him while he was claiming his throne, Wil thought everything will be set.

And by killing the Zuweth king, in front of everyone, he then thought everyone will develop fear. He expected that he would be treated as a villain by the people but didn't expect that he was completely being treated as someone trash, heartless demon, devil king, loser, a spoiled rich brat, etc...

There are thousands of keyboard warriors who were commenting with all kinds of insults.

Some of them are even directly challenging him, a face-to-face duel.

"These damn pricks…" Wil's anger rose abruptly and he immediately texted Aster to send him the list of all the names that were recorded in the death note, the right way.

Originally, he wanted to do it later as he was in a celebrative mood but now, looking at the comments, Wil decided to start the mass expulsion right away.

It took more than 30 minutes just to send the names to him as each message was restricted to only 200 words.

Looking at the series of names, he mumbled, "There must be atleast ten-twenty thousand of them. Never matter…"

Wil stepped down from the bed and returned to the empty courtroom, making the guards, puzzled.

He then walked towards the throne to sit on it, so that he can proceed with his plans.

This is one of the disadvantages of being a ruler. Like the Mayor's office, the King's throne is the place where the King can take decisions that can impact all over the kingdom.

Any other place, all he can do is to order someone. As for whether that happens or not, it depends on favorability.

If the NPC is a loyal one like Gerrad or Remont, it will be done immediately, or else, they will only make excuses to drag it for days.

It's not only the NPCs, if Wil orders a player while sitting on the throne, then, a player that was summoned to the courtroom has no choice but to follow or face the punishment by the system.

However, if Wil was elsewhere, then, a player can choose not to follow it. Of course, they will still face the consequences of offending the king.

"Open, Properties list," Wil spoke to himself while sitting on the throne.

Clicking on Llyne kingdom, he scrolls down until he sees the Blacklist option which was usually grey when he sits at any other place.

Wil didn't hesitate to click on it.

*Individual* *Guild* *Native*

He first clicked on  Guild before he deals with the individuals.

*Ding! Please select, readout, or write the name of the guild that you wish to blacklist from the Kingdom of Llyne.

"Today, the world will know how much of a devil king I am."

Scarlet Apartments, Leafway city;

Wil stepped outside of the capsule with a huge smile on his face.

After expelling 27 thousand individual players and another 92 thousand from the guilds like Dreamwalkers and their allies, he felt quite satisfied.

He no longer cared about the backlash that comes from this action. Wil just wanted to express his stance on the matter. If those keyboard warriors don't understand his warning, then, it's their loss…

After having a shower and dinner, Wil then called Aster to invite the employees of SGC that participated in the battle for the next day's dinner treat. He wanted to celebrate his success with them.

Although he wanted to invite everyone, since the HQ contains more than a hundred gamers, he restricted only to a few of them.

Aside from them, he only included Long Jing, who used to be Lu Heibei's secretary but now, one of the three directors of Scarlet Gaming Corp.

"Okay done…" Wil climbed up from his bed and proceed to sleep. Suddenly, he remembered something and immediately woke up to call someone.

The next day;

Wil didn't log in, all day. He just lay on the sofa and watched the news or TV series. It's not that there's nothing for him to do inside the game.

It's just that he doesn't want to disturb his mood by logging in. After all, he can atleast expect a certain amount of backlash. He doesn't want to go on another mass expulsion.
