Chapter 11：Murderer

"What did you do?" Isis asked.

Seth rose from the bed and approached Isis carefully. He placed his hand on her face and gently lifted it up to face his, "what do you mean what did I do."

"You didn't kill him, did you?" Isis asked.

"I don't know, did I?" Seth retorted.

"I trusted you," Isis growled.

"Trusting is a meaningless commitment when only one person acknowledges it, I never said I trusted you back or I believe you right?" Seth laughed.

"Why did you do it?" Isis asked, "WHY DID YOU KILL HIM?"

"You saw what happened yesterday, you know how painful it felt to just have my role in life taken away by someone you trusted. My sole purpose was taken so what am I now? WHAT WAS I SUPPOSED TO DO? WATCH MY LIFE BE TAKEN AWAY BY SOMEONE ELSE JUST BECAUSE I'M A HALF-DEITY?" Seth's grip on Isis' face tightened and he pushed her face closer and pressed his lips onto hers, "besides all I ever wanted was you and he took that away too."

Isis pulled away from Seth, her lips trembled from anger, "you disgust me."

"You revolt me," Isis growled, "HOW DARE YOU? DO YOU THINK A LIFE CAN EASILY BE DISPOSED OF FOR YOUR BENEFIT?"

"Don't act like that, you know very well of my feelings and you know how hurt I was to see you leave me and go to someone like Osiris. I DESERVED YOU! I was the firstborn I DESERVED THE UNIVERSE, but what did I get? NOTHING," Seth yelled as he held onto Isis' face and pulled her closer again, "don't pretend you didn't waver for me too."

Isis blood ran cold. Seth was the murderer who destroyed her life and took away Osiris'. How was I supposed to react now? What was I supposed to do? He was gone. And Seth still had the AUDACITY TO WANT ME AFTER RUINING MY LIFE.
