"Say hello, this is Movu," Yanarym said casually introducing Movu to everyone when they all sat down. Causing the brothers to remain standing looking surprised gawking in Movu's direction. Movu went to Yanarym's right side while Lawrence sat on her left. "We met last-last week in Spain. Cailly met him too but I told her not to tell you for a surprise, surprise!" Yanarym added with a wide smile.
"Who's Movu?" Maddi whispered to Yashnile, but because the room was too silent. Her voice echoed.
"Her first love," Movu answered. "And her future husband." Yazeno choked himself and shifted his eyes to Lawrence who did not react the same as Yanarym. The couple was too nonchalant about the situation.
"Wait, Rym, can you explain what's happening?" Yashnile asked with his forehead wrinkled.
"There's no explanation Kuya. It is what it is."
"Lawrence?"
"Just as she said. It is what it is." Yanarym sipped on her drink.
"Is it what it is? I don't understand Ate. What's going on?" Yazeno exclaimed but no one responded to him.
Yanarym doesn't want anything to get more tangled, she doesn't know what to do to cut off Lawrence and doesn't know what to say to Movu for him not to do anything. The priority was to cut off Lawrence with the least damage.
"As if that is possible." Yanarym scowled at herself while staring at the mirror.
She's returned to Lawrence's place. She just got out of the shower and is pondering her next steps. She was simply pleased and relieved that Movu had not done anything foolish. But she won't be able to keep this up for long; she needs to break up with Lawrence soon as possible...
Guide-sama: "Why don't you just break up with him? Why do you have to make it all complicated?"
"I want to die peacefully Guide-sama. Because as always! I keep on dying and dying painfully!"
Guide-sama: "Do you still remember that? It has been almost two decades since you died."
"Of course I remember that! My body won't forget the pain!"
Guide-sama: "...Why do you think Lawrence will kill you?"
"No, but as always in the rules of the novel. If you angered the male lead, something bad will happen to you! And my priority is to have a smooth sailing ending."
Guide-sama: "..."
Yanarym bit her lips and peered at her reflection in the mirror. She's not sure, they are tired from their flight, exhausted, and sleepy. After dressing herself, she went straight to the bedroom and saw Lawrence laying on the bed, staring at the ceiling. He was already in his boxers, ready to sleep.
"I'm done." She said and he turned his attention to her then smiled.
Lawrence pulled her down and pinned her on the bed. He could smell her fresh sweet scent and soft skin brushing through his. He took a deep breath, closed his eyes, and calmed himself down. Fastening the embrace on her body, he leaned his head on her shoulders. Wrapping her like this in his arms makes him at ease.
Having Yanarym near him, firmly coated on his arms. It's like no one could take her away. The past few days, it feels like he was walking on eggshells, with that guy around. Lawrence felt suffocated.
"Are you tired?" Yanarym asked.
"Not really, why?" Lawrence answered as he traced his finger to her cheeks.
"Can we talk?" Yanarym said and Lawrence was stunned. The quiet between them is deafening. Lawrence felt his heart hammering against the inside of his chest.
"Weren't you the tired one? You should sleep." He said to her but she didn't reply. Instead, he could feel her breaking free from his hug.
"Rym."
"We should talk, Law. We can't drag this matter forever." She sat down on the bed and gazed through his eyes with her icy stares.
"You're tired, we should rest." She didn't flinch as he pressed for a smile. Those cold, soulless eyes stare him down as if she's emotionally piercing him.
His breathing no longer stabilized. He sat down too and faced her, he's nervous, his mind is blank. He isn't ready. Why is everything happening so fast?
"We… we should break up." She uttered slowly, Lawrence heard it but he couldn't process it. He knew this day would come from the moment that Movu showed up but he wasn't ready, he wasn't prepared. It's too early for that. "I like you, I do but there's Movu. I love him, Law."
He smiled again but his eyes were empty, it's like he could hear her at the same time he couldn't.
"Law."
"You're not leaving me." He exclaimed with a soft tone and embraced her to lie down back in bed. "You're not leaving me Yanarym." She didn't attempt to break away and instead stayed enveloped in his arms. "There's no more argument with this matter, Rym. You should sleep, you're just tired." He said lovingly while stroking her hair.
Yanarym took a deep breath, he was calmer than she expected, this made her more anxious because she couldn't read him.
"Lawr---" before she could even say a word he kissed her tenderly, crushing her body with his body so that she couldn't move a muscle. Of all the kisses he gave her, this was the most sensual kiss she received. She knew that he was intending beyond kissing, that's why it's time to use one of her talents.
The longest relationship that Lawrence had before Yanarym was three weeks. He never stayed longer than that, no matter how great the woman was. Talented, popular, or beautiful, it didn't matter because he could never be tame.
He was a free spirit, the one that could never be expected to settle. He believed that love was such a superficial thing that was only possible if the woman was truly gorgeous or very sexy.. Yanarym met his standards for a woman, however, she was a very difficult woman to have and to love.
