Volume 3 Chapter 29: Returning Home
"Can't you stay here for one more day?" Camelia questioned.
Keith shook his head, "Grandma, I stayed here long enough," He stayed here for a few more days. He knew it was time to go home.
"Alright," Camelia sighed.
"Don't worry, Grandma. Me and the rest will be back in a month or two," Keith knew he needed to get his uniform from the tailor.
"I see!" Camelia clapped her hands when she heard that.
"Grandma! Remember to water the plants daily!" Fira was sitting on Keith's shoulders as she said this.
"Don't worry, Fira. I will," Camelia patted the little spirit's head. She helped her grow the garden. Fira told her the fruits would be ripe in a week or two.
"Keith, you're not going home by horse, right?" Lionel questioned. Keith shook his head,
"I'm going to use the gate." There was no way he was going to take the long route.
Lionel nodded, "Good, you still haven't gotten used to the bracelets,"
"I think I got used to it now, Grandpa." Keith didn't need to walk around weirdly. He practiced with Lionel. In the beginning, he was getting beat. But he slowly got used to it.
"We're off!" Keith smiled as he walked with Barton out. They arrived at the teleportation gate. Keith told the person where he wanted to go. Like that, he was teleported to the city,
"I'm back!" Keith had a soft smile as he returned home. As he entered the city,
"The young master is back!"
"Did you have fun, Young Master?!"Điscover new chapters at novelhall.com
"It was so strange not to see you!"
The people greeted Keith as he passed by. Keith smiled, "It's good to see you all again!" It had been a month since he last saw them. He was happy to see everyone.
"Big Brother is amazing!" Leon's eyes marveled when he heard that. Keith laughed,
"How did you do so much in such a short time?" Alvin chuckled.
Derek added, "I should have gone with you." Dealing with a bunch of bandits? He wanted to do that.
"How were the tests?" Sophia questioned.
"Ahh, they were alright for the most part. The first one was strange because me and Gabriel were chained together when we fell down a pit," Keith laughed.
"You what?!" Eric and the others were surprised. You were chained together and fell down a pit? Did we miss something? Keith started to explain what had happened to him,
"I feel bad for you, Little Brother. When I did it, it was so much easier," Derek stated.
"What did you do?"
"I just need to do some sparring, and that was it,"
"Huh?" Keith tilted his head. He turned to Eric and Alvin, "What about you two?"
"I shot targets with my magic,"
"I needed to punch a machine,"
"...Why did I get something so dangerous?!" Keith didn't know whether to laugh or cry at this situation!
Sophia thought, "Maybe it's because this year has so many great students enrolling?"
"Really?"
"This year, there are many royals enrolling in the academy. From what I heard, almost all the princesses and princes from each race will be attending." Sophia explained. Thalia and Sophia were having a talk, and the academy was brought up.
"I see," She won't be the only one. Keith remembered the elf princess he met with.
"I know my son will be the best compared to those princes and princesses!" Sophia declared! She knew Keith was going to win it all.
