Bang!
Levi burst the door to the tower of the large bell open. He dropped his foot down and looked at the empty hallway with the winding stairs that reached the Giant Bell.
A furrow settled in between his brows as he sniffed the air and realised that he couldn't smell Andres's scent.
"Why isn't he here?" Levi frowned as he looked around the tower. "This is weird," he remarked. "Shouldn't he be here?" If Andres wanted to use the orbs to broadcast the sound all over the island, he should have been here.
But even though the man left the praying hall before them, he wasn't there.
"Someone should be here," Xavier swept his gaze sharply through the entire circular hall in front of them. "Since broadcasting the Doomsday melody is their goal, someone should have come here."
As the two men were looking around the tower, they didn't notice the man who was hanging upside down at the side of the circular tower. His lips curled up in a sneer as he stretched out his fingers and then shot out a spray of spider webs at the men who were standing on the ground.
As the sticky web got closer and closer to the two men, Alton's smile turned wide. He let out a triumphant scoff—
But just as the spider web was an inch away from Xavier, the man jumped and dodged the attack with a whoosh.
Levi on the other hand twisted and swung his hand on the web string smashing it against the wall and tearing it in half.
For his small size, the crater that he created on the wall was way too big.
Slip.
The man who was sticking on the side of the wall like a spider slipped down the wall with the help of a web string. He looked at the wolf beast man and the boar one.
He sneered at them, "You two really have sharp instincts. Because of those survival instincts, you are still standing."
"It's you." Levi shook off the web strings that were sticking to the back of his hand. "Why is it you?"

"Or maybe they know that the tragedy is not going to take place in the city?" Lord Godric remarked with a sharp gaze.
"Not in the city?" Lady Bloom raised a brow and questioned, "Where do you think those people are going to attack?"
"Who knows?" Master Godric muttered as he peered out of the window that was on his side.

The sound of chattering echoed outside the Tower of Helion. The crowd standing outside, did not leave if anything they redoubled their efforts to enter the temple after they saw Wistoria and the others enter.
"Why did you let them go inside but not us!?"
"We want to pray too."
"Let us go inside as well."
The people yelled and screamed as they looked at the guards who were stopping them from entering the temple.
"Please go back—"
"Look, someone is coming outside!"
No one paid attention to what the guard was saying, instead they all turned to look in the direction in which the man had pointed at.
A dark silhouette could be seen moving towards them which made the crowd excited but when the silhouette turned clearer, they all stepped away.
"Head.. it is the head of a person!"
