Chapter 126 - Can't you let me be alone

Who else will have the nerve to snatch Jai's drink or chide him. Sky smiled, "Better that be the case."

"Wow, you two are making me envious." Ethan's voice sounded behind them. Ethan was the one who asked Sky whether Sportsman can drink alcohol after seeing Jai sitting on a bar stool.

As she heard him, she almost ran towards the bar to stop him and reached at the right time. Sky's smile grew wide after hearing to Ethan.

Jai took a deep breath and questioned Sky again, "Sky, tell me what happened a few minutes back?"

Sky darted her eyes, "Brother Jai, Nothing happened. You are just..."

A voice sounded before Sky could finish her sentence. "She turned gloomy after seeing your brother's girlfriend hand. It must be a finger ring or bracelet or Wristwatch."

Sky mouth remained open like O and turned to the source of the voice.

That man nonchalantly continued to talk, "Mr.Barton, can I take the whiskey?" Then he took the glass and took a sip without caring about the glares on him.

"So Sky, are you going to tell me? or should I get those accessories from her?" Jai held her before she escapes from there.

"She is sad just because of a finger-ring or bracelet...?" Ethan shut his mouth after seeing the look of two men.

"Brother Jai, Do you remember you gifted me a three diamond bracelet which had L S J carved on it?" Sky decided to tell him the reason.

"Of course, I gave you after I won the second nationals match. Is that the bracelet she is wearing? Did you give her? or she took it?" Jai knew she will never give her gifts from him to anybody. But he tried to confirm the situation.

Sky shook her head. "She was getting ready in my room, She must have liked it and wore."

"Get a new one, It's just a bracelet only." Ethan poked his nose.

"That's the difference between rich people like you and me." Sky snorted at him.

"If I'm rich, you are filthy rich. Are you saying that?" Ethan was baffled without understanding what she said.

"Mr.Jeff right? What she meant is, money can buy her hundreds of pieces like that. But it can't be the one which Mr.Barton gave her. It's about her emotions and attachment." The man who was drinking whiskey gave his Philosophical lecture but also the fact.

"Don't worry, I will get the bracelet back to you." Jai said as he got down from the stool.

"Brother wait, hear me. I told her she can take whatever she likes. How can we ask it back?" Sky saw Jai's face getting dark and she continued. "I didn't mean to leave it with her. You don't get angry. I will think of something."

Jai sighed after knowing she wants it back. "Don't worry. Loran will manage if I tell him."

Sky nodded and heaved a sigh of relief. Then she saw the man with whiskey. "And You, Can't you let me be alone at home. Do you have to keep an eye on me here also?..."
