Chapter 163 - I want to watch a movie

Sky spent her weekend with Loran, accompanying him wherever he wants to go, whatever he wanted to try.

They shopped, they tried different cuisines, they went on a drive, they spent little time on outdoor games but Sky felt Loran was too mechanical. He still didn't speak anything about how he felt or what was going on his mind.

Sky couldn't take him anymore, "Loran! Why are you being pollyannaish with me? Speak whatever you have in mind. The more you stuff inside, you find it more difficult to let go."

"Sister Sky, Please I don't want to talk about it with you." Loran scrunched his brows and said.

"Okay! Will you share it with your friends? Shall I call them? Or should I arrange for you to go there?" Sky asked with concern and in a convincing voice.

He always shared his problems, big or small, silly or complex with her. Since it also involved her, she didn't force him to talk to her.

He looked down and said "Sister Sky, Can you stop worrying about me? You are making me more miserable."

He spent time with her so that Sky could forget about it and lighten up. But Sky wanted him to start fresh but not by suffering about the past.

"Oh!" Sky didn't think she could make him uncomfortable. "Sleep early. I will take you to show your outlets tomorrow."

Sky went to her room so that he could have some time with himself. Since it was still early to sleep, she decided to do some office work.

After about an hour, Sky heard a knock on the door. "Come in." she said without moving her sight from the laptop thinking maids must be knocking.

"Who will sit in the balcony in winter and work?" Sky heard Loran's voice.

She looked at him with a surprising look, He snatched the laptop and kept on the table and pulled her from the wicker swing.

"Let's go, I want to watch a movie." Loran said as he moved towards the door.

"Okay, I will change and come. By the way, which movie..." Loran cut in.

"We will watch in my room, Come." Loran again pulled her towards his room. When they reached, Sky saw everything was arranged. dimly lit room, two cozy blankets with many pillows around, Popcorn and beer.

"Dumbo, we have a theater here, you could have arranged there" Sky said as she climbed on the bed and rolled up in the blanket.

Loran saw how she snuggled, he was sure she liked it but he still teased her "Oh, then get down, I will arrange there."

Sky grinned, "That's too big for two. It's good here."

Loran started a Hollywood horror movie. He wasn't a fan of horror movies but Sky liked to watch those movies with him or Jai. Even though she gets scared and covers her eyes every now and then, she never asks to stop the movie in the middle.

When the movie ended, they started talking some random things and slowly Loran opened up and spoke how happy he was when dating Jessica, What and all she lied. How he was feeling and so on.

Sky listened to him carefully. She wasn't sure whether it was because of beer he drank or he wanted to share it or maybe because as people say, Nighttime is the best time to talk about deep things. But she was happy that he could speak his thoughts.
