Chapter 164 - I don't remember

"Sky! How long are you planning to sleep?" A gentle voice sounded near Sky as a hand stroked her head.

Sky opened her eyes and saw Jai. She smiled "You are back!" She tried to sit but whined.

"Back hurting?" Jai asked as helped her to sit. Sky nodded to him. "What time did you two sleep yesterday?"

"I don't remember. We watched a movie and we talked for a long time. I don't even remember when I slept." Sky checked another end of the bed where Loran was still sleeping peacefully.

"When I reached at seven, you were leaning on the headboard and I helped to lay you down. I think you slept at dawn." Jai explained.

"You came at seven? What is the time now?" Sky hastily tried to search for her phone.

"Ten O'clock" Jai answered her. Sky crawled out of the bed saying, "I have to postpone the meeting. they must be waiting for me." She was still in a sleepy mood and her voice was groggy.

Jai shook his head resignedly, "I spoke to your secretary, he told me that you already informed to postpone all morning work."

Sky stopped in her tracks and turned around when she was near the door, "Yeah right, I wanted to take him to show his outlets."

"Go and wash up. I will wake him up." Jai said as he moved towards Loran.

"Nooo! Brother Jai, let him sleep. I will ask butler uncle, to serve him food to the bed." Sky said as she dragged Jai out of the room and closed door.

"Why are you spoiling him so much?" Jai narrowed his eyes at her.

"Brother Jai, I will spoil you next time." Sky patted on his arms and went to her room.

Jai was dumbfounded at her statement, 'Did I sound jealous? Why did she say that?' Jai thought to himself and saw her going to her room.

Sky and Jai went to Harley. Sky went to do her work and Jai discussed upcoming photoshoot for the spring collection.

Sky and Jai left office when they received a call from Loran. They met at the outlets which were in the prominent area of the city. Loran discussed his plans on how to use them.

One he left to open his tattoo studio branch. Another one he wanted to open a shop under Sky's name which would only sell the things which Sky would design. He wanted Sky to design and rest he would look after.

Even though Sky agreed to do for Loran, Jai successfully convinced him not to disturb her as she had lots on her plate. he left the second outlet empty for himself and rented the third one to a pearl jewelry designer shop.

After finishing up that work, it was dinner time. Three enjoyed dinner in a multi-cuisine restaurant before returning to the Harley mansion.

Next day, They left home together, Jai and Loran went back to town, Sky went to the office. She finished her work faster by an hour or two early by the end of the day and tidied her desk before leaving.

She reached basement two and went near the security office where nobody was present. She remembered where Maxwell kept his palm, she repeated the same thing but the door didn't open.
