Chapter 165 - Wooden block

She fished her phone from her bag to make a call but the door opened before she could dial. She entered in and saw inside, except Peter everybody were present. Jimmy welcomed her in and officially introduced each section to her.

Initially, she didn't ask any questions and only heard him. When Jimmy finished speaking, Sky asked her first wish, "I want access to this place."

Jimmy pointed Sam who was busy in front of a big screen with headphones on as usual. "Only he or Peter can give you access, So ask them."

"Oh" Sky turned towards Sam and saw how busy he was. She waved at Jimmy to carry on his work and went towards Sam.

She stood next to him and saw the screen, there were lots of instructions like programming code. She just knew the very basics of computer programming languages but she couldn't understand what he was doing.

She saw that he was looking at the monitor in front of him which was showing the same code blocks. She waved her hand in front of his face.

Sam got annoyed, removed his headphones and stared, "What?"

Sky went to her defending position, "Oh! Samuel Cox, are you going to beat me for disturbing you?"

Sam's lips twitched. Jimmy went to them with a cup of hot milk, "Don't worry, He will not."

"You said, he beat you up when you spoke to him when he was working." Sky asked innocently but rankled up after seeing the milk.

'Why does everybody wants me to drink this milk? ' She thought to herself and stared at the cup.

Jimmy sensed her irritation, "We don't drink coffee, so you have to manage with this here."

Sky received the cup with a faint smile, "It's ok, Thank you. By the way, why is it so cold here?"

"We have high-performance computers here, which generates lots of heat so." Jimmy replied and returned to the kitchenette.

Sky turned back to Sam and asked as she sipped her milk, "When can I get access here?"

"Never." Sam replied nonchalantly. "Why?"

"If anybody wants to reach us, they can chop your hands off and catch us so." Sam said as if it was a matter of fact.

Sky gritted her teeth and glared at him, 'I wish I could through this hot milk on you, Moron.'

"Don't even think about throwing milk at me." Sam warned reading her mind.

Sky sighed, "If whatever I say about this places amaze you, will you give me the access?"

She knew very well that bossy nature won't take him to get access to that place. She knew well he would say yes for her approach.

"Amazing me?" Sam laughed loud to which Jimmy and Clark ran towards him to know about it. Maxwell who was in front of the surveillance screen became all ear.

"Sister Sky, You are amazing to make this wooden block laugh." Clark gave her thumbs up.

"Wooden block?" Sky didn't expect them to call Sam a woodblock.

Sam shot a glance at them and spoke, "She said she will amaze me for to get access to this place. So Ms.Sky, Let us see what you know about this place."

When Sky came inside with Maxwell, she was observing how he was using the wall. Hence she wanted to try her luck on her observation and understanding.
