Chapter 215 - Go ahead

David was taken aback but he didn't show it on his face. He casually offered to have breakfast, both agreed and went to the dining table and sat down before David could react anything.

David went and sat on the head of the table as his assistant sat to his right in front of Arlo. "I just finished my breakfast. I will just accompany sitting here."

"Thank you, Chairman Harley." Arlo and Ryan replied in unison.

"Why Mr.Ryan Wilson is in disguise?" David's assistant questioned.

Ryan just smiled but cursed in mind, 'Why these Harley people are overly smart. I hate the m.'

Till they finished breakfast, Nobody spoke. When they finished, David broke the silence, "Let's go to my study room."

"Chairman Harley, It's good here." Arlo said. His voice carried a commanding sense.

David gritted his teeth and nodded, "Sure, Chen, Please clean here."

Butler soon came with four maids and cleaned in a go. "Chen, Please don't disturb us. I don't want anybody here until I call you."

Butler nodded and left.

"Chairman Harley is amiable. No doubt you have a good reputation." Arlo commented after hearing him say 'Please' to his workers.

David gave a faint smile before asking, "President Smith, May we know the motive of your sudden visit?"

"Interesting! Chairman Harley, Whenever I met anybody, they always butter me up so that they can work with me, You are different." Arlo was amused.

"President Smith, We are incapable of working with you yet. So it doesn't make sense." David said straightforwardly.

Arlo smiled, "Like father, like daughter."

David's expression changed slightly when he heard 'daughter'.

"She rejected our offer straight away just like you said." Arlo continued.

"President Smith, Please come to the point. Why beat around the bush when both of our time is important." David had no patience any more after hearing it as it included about Sky.

Arlo's smile widened, he was smart to identify even tiniest difference in David, "Chairman Harley, You are very protective of your daughter. Are you sure she is your biological daughter?"

David clenched his fist and signaled his assistant to leave. the latter left obediently.

"President Smith, You are overstepping your boundaries. What do you mean by your question?"

Arlo was very calm and he had expected his reaction, "I know Sky Barton and Sky Harley is the same person."

One thing David hated was listening to question about his and Sky's father-daughter relationship. David took his wallet out and kept a photo on the table.

"This will answer your question." David roared.

Arlo took a look at the photo, David and Amie's wedding picture.

Ryan curiously looked at the photo. "Wow, Mother and daughter look alike."

David took the photo back and caressed it before keeping it back. "Anything else?"

"Chairman Harley! can you tell us why your daughter has two identities?" Ryan asked knowing Arlo's intentions.

"We are not obliged to tell you about it." David replied without hesitation.

Arlo leaned back and spoke, "Till yesterday evening, I was adamant about attacking Harley Corporation and Bartons. But Harleys' is very interesting. so thought to talk to you."

It was indirect threatening from Arlo to David to get information.

David's lips curled up, "Fine, Go ahead." David was about to get up when Arlo stopped.
