Chapter 230 - Business rival

The temperature in the car went down by the end of his small talk. The driver didn't dare to make a tiny sound. Arlo boarded his private jet from the capital of country A to country D. It was ten hours flight.

Sky didn't wake up till the next day morning. Jai was awake all night so that he could be there if she wakes up in the middle of the night.

Sky woke up at five in the morning. She saw Jai reading a book and noticed the dark eye bags. She didn't utter a word and silently watched him.

Feeling a gaze on him, Jai glanced at her and his lips tilted up, "Good morning my little sister."

Sky gave a faint smile, "Brother Jai"

After she got freshen up, Jai fed her before he had his breakfast. Doctors visited her and performed some tests. Doctors left after briefly talking with Jai. By the time Jai returned back Sky was sleeping.

In the country D

It was Six in the morning in Country D when he reached. He got freshen up and changed his casuals to a black suit and white shirt from Prada. Matched with black shoes, a black-tie and well-groomed hair.

His carefree look was changed to sophisticated. His king-like presence, distant eyes, cold air around him would make people stay away. There wasn't a hint of gentleness in his expression.

He was having breakfast when he heard a chopper landing on the helipad. His subordinates knocked on the door before speaking, "President Smith, everything is ready as per your orders."

Arlo didn't react, he took his time to finish his breakfast. His every move was refined and gracious, his subordinate felt like he was matching a movie where the handsome overbearing king having his breakfast.

Arlo wiped his mouth with a tissue and left to the top floor. Two men were unconscious and lay on back seats. The pilot was ready when Arlo took a seat next to him. It took them ten minutes to reach Willy's headquarters.

Arlo glanced at the pilot before getting down. The pilot gave a nod to assure him everything will go as planned. When Arlo reached the stairs, he was thoroughly checked by the guards before escorting him to Mr.Willy's office which was on the floor below.

"President Smith! Long-time." Forty something-year-old-man greeted Arlo.

Arlo gave a nod as a greeting and walked towards the couch.

Mr.Willy was used to his behavior hence he spoke as he followed Arlo. "President Smith's sudden visit is such a surprise, Are you planning on collaborating with us again?"

Mr.Willy had a wide grin on his face when he sat opposite to Arlo.

Arlo crossed his legs and narrowed his eyes at Mr.Willy. "Yes! I have very important business with you. But before that, I would like to ask Mr.Willy some questions."

Mr.Wily was elated to know there would be a business from Sigma hence he agreed right away, "President Smith, you don't have to be courteous. Ask me whatever you want to know."

"The attack at the mall in Country A was by your people, Am I right?" Arlo asked his first question.

"Oh Yeah! Our one of a business rival was in that mall." Mr.Willy replied truthfully.
