Chapter 268 - Are you planning to kill her?

When Ethan saw Sky in the water he just dived without thinking whether Sky knows to swim or not because the pool was nearly 8 feet deep where Sky was thrown. He pulled her up and moved towards the end of the pool to bring her out.

Sam held Arlo's collar and spoke: "Sky is aquaphobic. Are you planning to kill her?"

Sam's words brought him back to reality. He didn't know where his rationality went off when he saw Milan trying to help her. And seeing her retaliation when he was helping increased his furry and did as he said.

Sam pulled a robe from the rack and went towards Sky. Arlo saw her coming out with Ethan. Latter helped her to remove the boot from her left leg as Sam wrapped her in the robe.

Sky paused when she was passing by Arlo and slapped him in her shivering hand before entering the hotel.

"I thought you were a good man for Sister Sky." Clark said when he passed by Arlo.

"You were too much" Ryan couldn't stop himself saying before entering the hotel to follow them.

Arlo was left outside alone. He couldn't understand his own action either. He was always level headed running his business. He himself was new to his own behavior.

After pondering for a while, He called her grandmother even though it was half-past one in the night.

"Arlo!" A groggy voice heard on the other end.

Arlo was thinking about how to say then Olivia's voice clearly heard, "Arlo, What happened?"

"Grandmother, I really didn't do on purpose." Arlo's voice was emotionless.

"Arlo, Can you tell me properly what happened?" Olivia concerned voice heard. Arlo explained everything to her and waited.

"Child! Sky is not your employee or subordinate to do as you say and you have to be patient with her."

"It's not your business to achieve faster. You may have to wait a year or two or more. Or you may never be able to win her over. So patience is very important."

"First, go and apologize to her. If she doesn't forgive you or If she forgives you, you have to reflect your actions after coming home."

Arlo's mouth twitched when he heard her grandmother, "Am I really your grandson? Why do you sound like Sky's grandmother?"

"I'm a woman more than your grandmother." Olivia finished and hung up the call.

Arlo calmed down first before going in searching for Sky and others. They were in Ethan's presidential suite. After changing into a new set of clothes that were in the room. Sky spoke with others.

"Ethan, you aren't well built and muscular, but still why do you buy a large T-shirt?" She had tucked one side of the T-shirt in, forming a diagonal patterned T-shirt, Her fair collar bone was visible due to the wide neck of the t-shirt.

"You are tinier than me so it's big for you." Ethan was amused by her speed of recovery.

Sky hummed, "Thank you for the clothes, I will take you for shopping next time. Can you please send my uniform safely?"

"Sure." Ethan agreed right away.

"Sam, Can I get something hot to drink, I'm feeling cold." Sky said as she was drying her hair.

"I will get it." Sam got up from the couch and opened the door where Arlo was standing.
