Chapter 304 - Sky was just nineteen

They had no idea why dinner was arranged until Sky entered the lawn with Sam holding his arm. Then he heard Ethan saying to Ryan that Sam's jacket was Sky's gift which she designed herself.

He enviously looked at Sam. He was disappointed when Sky didn't even notice him and went with Mia.

The way she hobnobbing with a little girl, it touched his heart. He started thinking if they marry, will they have a cute daughter like her or a son.

Knowing his thoughts running wild, he shook his head and gulped down the wine. Seeing her sitting next to her, he remembered she was asking help to eat lobster. So he took the lobster and wore gloves to separate meat from the shell of the lobster.

"Ms.Sky!" Arlo called.

"Sky!" Sam called.

"Lass!" David called.

With just a second difference three men called Sky. She looked at three and the plates in their hands.

Sky had just casually used as a reason for Sam so that he can come. David never peeled for her as Jai or Loran used to be there. Arlo was even more unexpected.

"I don't think I can finish three lobsters." Sky lightly coughed to clear her throat and said.

"Sister Sky, Everyone likes you. Don't make them sad." Mia advised.

Sky chuckled, "Yes. Ms.Cox. I will take half from each plate, is that okay?"

Mia gave it a thought and hummed, "Better than wasting food."

Sky smiled and took some from Arlo and Sam first. Butler passed David's plate. Sky turned to Arlo, "Thank you. But don't make Ray jealous."

Arlo was confused and looked at Ryan who was gulping down the food and saw Sky eating the lobster and talking with Mia.

He couldn't understand it hence decided to leave that topic. Soon they finished the dinner and Mia slept in Sky's arms before everyone could finish their dinner.

Daniel left with his wife and daughter. David returned inside home leaving the rest to enjoy.

Sky had lots of meat hence she was walking around in the lawn with Ethan. Sam joined them after some time.

"Sky, Why didn't you give me blazer too?" Ethan liked Sam's jacket when Sky showed him the picture in the Jeep while returning back home.

"Fine, Return the tie pins I gave you." Sky replied.

She had given him the set of six tie pins that had diamonds and made from yellow and white gold which she designed for him.

"No, no, no" Ethan shook his head. He liked his tie pins and uses them while going to the office.

Sky shook her head resignedly knowing what he was thinking and took a sip from her glass.

"Why are you drinking?" Sam asked.

"Only one glass." Sky raised her forefinger as she said which made Sam and Ethan smile.

"So Birthday boy, any plans for tonight or any wishes?"

Sam shook his head.

Sky guessed he will not say anything, "Don't you want to eat anything or feel like going to any place or something interesting to do or something crazy?"

Sam shook his head again.

Sky breathed out loudly through the mouth. "Okay, You can enjoy with your family tomorrow. I will ask dad to send his guards for me." Sky extended her hand towards him, "Advance happy birthday Samuel Cox."

Sam hit her hand aside, "Sky Harley, Aren't you going to wish me at midnight?"

"But you don't want to do anything." Sky was puzzled.

"We can do something here." Sam replied. He never allowed in his home to celebrate and never celebrated in the military. This was his first time after leaving school.

Sky started to think about what they can do.

Ethan suggested, "Truth or dare Or Dare or dare"

"No" Sam and Sky rejected in unison.

"Never have I ever?" Ethan suggested again.

"Boring" Sam said.

"You guys are boring. How about we tell a piece of the story about our experiences? Funny or interesting ones." Ethan tried again.

"Done! You will have funny stories and these ex-military people will have interesting ones." Sky agreed and looked at Sam.

"No problem!" Sam replied.

After deciding to arrange on the terrace, Sky told others, Jimmy preferred to rest hence Sky asked to arrange a room in the outhouse for him. Rest went on the terrace after gathering floor pillows, rugs and boozes.

They used the empty beer bottle to chose whose going to tell the story. First, it stopped at Ethan. Ethan narrated about his experience when he entered the girl's bachelorette party room by mistake and they thought him as a stripper.

Everyone burst into laughter from the beginning to the end. Sam and Arlo who always maintained their poise also couldn't stop laughing.

Sky held her jaws which had started paining from laughing hard. "Ethan, tell me the truth. Didn't you really enjoy it when they all stripped you half-naked?"

Everyone burst again after listening to her. Ethan rolled his eyes and finished his beer in a go. After relaxing for some time, Sky again rotated the bottle which stopped at Peter.

" I was in the military for nearly six years and attended many missions but nothing scared me as much as Ms.Sky...."

Sky understood he was going to tell how she chased after Arlo and his experience. As Peter went on, Sky face turned red due to embarrassment and others were laughing at Peter's narration.

Sky threw a pillow at him and gritted her teeth. "You are such a namby-pamby. hmmph"

Peter rolled his eyes at her and rotated the bottle. It stopped at Sam. All looked at him.

Sam looked at Sky who was sitting next to him. "I will tell about Sky's story."

"My story? But you have to tell your story." Sky was actually scared he may pick her embarrassing story and narrate it.

Sam merely smiled at her and continued, "Sky was just nineteen plus years that time."

Everybody became all ear to listen to him including Sky. Sam continued,

Sky was sitting in the shotgun seat and Andy was driving his car.

A red car at high speed came from behind. Andy noticed it in the rearview mirror and slowed down the car to let that red car pass.

A sports bike was present in front of their car. Red car overtook them and suddenly changed the lane and hit the bike.

The bike rider was first hit by the car, he flew, hit the rock on the roadside and fell on the road.
