Her heels made little noise when she went down with them. Sam and Clark turned together towards them. They were a sight to see.
Sky was holding on to Loran's arms and talking with Jai when they descended. Three looked happy as the smile didn't leave from their lips. Both noticed the tiny mix and match in their outfit.
Clark mumbled, "Why do I feel jealous whenever I look at these three together?"
Sam heard him but didn't respond and returned to his work. George and Georgia who entered saw the trio and as a wide smile crept on their faces. Georgia hugged trio before entering in.
Sky informed Sam before leaving, "You two should go and try some food in the snack street. Or else, inform mom if you are having dinner at home."
Sam waved his hand to send her off and not to worry about them. Sky hopped on Jai's car, Loran took his vanquish and left to their school at five.
It was only five minutes' way in their car. Bright red Ferrari and chartreuse green Aston martin entered the school in high profile manner which attracted lots of attention.
Many people looking towards the car gasped when they saw Jai and Loran getting down from their car. When Sky unlocked the door, Loran held it and opened for her. Jai had reached and helped her to get down by holding her hand.
The trio complemented each other. One was elegant, another one was dainty and graceful and another one was spunky. They were pleasing to the eyes of people. Many eyes followed them until they entered inside.
The trio was used to the attraction hence they didn't care much about surroundings. When the Principal of the school heard Jai Barton entered, he personally went to greet him.
"Jai! Welcome Welcome." He was sixty years old man who was principal of three. Since Jai was a national player, everybody knew well about him.
"Principal!" Jai greeted him.
The principal corrected his glass and looked at Sky, "You are Sky! Look at you. You were boisterous, now you are young and pretty."
Sky smiled and greeted, "Principal! You are still austere. Aren't you?"
The principal laughed remembering how Sky always told him about his behavior with students.
"This is the naughty boy, Loran."
Loran and Principal bumped their fists which surprised Sky. Then Principal led them inside the hall where they had arranged the meet.
On the way, Many greeted Jai to which he gave a faint smile with a nod. Loran waved his hand at his friends and left towards them.
There were large tables arranged according to their graduation year. When Sky saw her graduation year table, she identified few but she didn't want to go.
But Principal spoke, "Sky! Go ahead and meet your classmates."
Sky smile faded instantly from her face. she tightened her grip on Jai's arms and looked at him. Jai gave a reassuring look and patted on her hand. Sky nodded and went towards the table.
Many of her classmate's eyes were already on her. Even though some of them used to be her close friends, they never contacted her even once when the news of stealing the bride's gown rumored.
She was thinking about how and whether to start a conversation with anyone, Brian approached her, "Sky!" His voice was unexpectedly amiable.
The entire class knew Brian treated her with animosity but after hearing him, they were shocked.
Sky replied with a weak smile. She knew why he was being good to her. He pulled a chair for her to sit and sat on the next chair, "Thank you, Brian."
Brian shook his head, "Thank you for saving my job." When others heard him, they shot a glance at her.
"Sky! Do you work in Sigma too?" One of the short girls asked.
"Nope." Sky kept her reply short.
Brian continued for her, "Even though she isn't working in Sigma industries, she holds a high power in Sigma industries."
All were dumbfounded including Sky. "Are you mistaken or something?" Sky asked.
Before Brian could reply, others burst into laughter. "Brian, you never miss a chance to belittle her. We know you still hate Sky."
Sky furrowed her brows. the same people used to say him not be jealous of her but it changed to belittling her. Wow!
Brian opened his eyes in horror and tried his best to clear the misunderstanding but they didn't hear him. "Sky! I really didn't mean to say that."
Sky raised her hand to stop him and ignored everybody on the table.
"Look at her haughtiness. Is she thinking herself as queen just by dolling up inexpensive clothes?" A fat girl commented with a smirk on her face.
"I think she must be trying to woo Brian. Didn't you hear how he is fallen for her?"
"Leave about it. Why do you want to talk about such a girl? She just looks innocent but evil by heart"
Sky heard them who pretended to keep low voice but in fact taunted her loud enough to be heard. Sky ignored them but Brian was on brinks of tears. He wasn't ready to lose his job.
After some time, a girl wanted to tease her, "Sky! I heard your that friend is divorced whose bride's gown you stole. Are you interested in him or Brian?" After she finished saying, few on the table burst into laughter.
Few boys and two girls furrowed their brows looking at girls who were laughing. They advised Sky, "Sky! I think you should leave or else... you know what I'm trying to say."
A fatty changed the meaning of the sentence, "Exactly! You should leave and stop disgracing our batch."
Sky clenched her fist and remained silent. That's when everybody heard a commotion near the door.
Boots sounds entered the hall first, then four-armed guard entered as other guards followed behind them. Sky's lips twitched when she saw two leading men.
They were David's main bodyguards. Fortunately, there was no Harley logo on their black blazer. Thinking they came prepared, Sky sighed and stood up when four guards bowed her and greeted, "Ms.Sky"
Sky nodded in response and she could feel everybody's eyes on her. She saw Jai's lips turning up. 'Oh! Brother Jai' Sky thought to herself.
Then Sam entered inside with the captain of the police. She never liked to take such this biggest entourage anywhere. Her head started to throb.
Captain reached Sky and greeted her, "Ms.Sky Barton!"
