Chapter 376 - Sky lost her mind after the kidnap(3)

Arlo knew why he asked. "Ryan! Do you remember how she was asking?... CAN! Can the president of the sigma do this? She was just asking Sam about his opinion. She wasn't telling him that I did it... When everything around her ending at Sigma because of our presence around her, isn't it natural to get doubt and ask it to clear?" He paused and continued, "Sam knew we didn't do it. He would have said no and matter would close. I know you tried to protect me so why will I scold you?"

Ryan heard it patiently and asked earnestly, "I thought you will throw me out and drive her back to her place. Do you love me more than Sky?"

"No!" Arlo said without hesitation. "Just because I like her, I will not leave you. Anyway, you will pay for what you did?" Arlo had nothing in his mind to punish him. He just said stop the melancholy in the car.

"I knew it" Ryan glared at him and drove...

"By the way, Wasn't Sky too strong? It would be a lie if I say I wasn't scared." Ryan was scared when Sky elbowed and pushed the man on the ground.

Arlo shook his head. "She isn't strong. Didn't you see her every hit was on the critical pressure points? She uses her brain than her strength. If she goes heads on, she can't face even one. If you are comparing in women, she is good."

Then he looked at Ryan, "Why do you stop using your brain when it comes to Sky?"

Ryan had the same doubt. His analyzing tactics were as good as Arlo but anything involving Sky makes his brain muddled...

Soon they reached the beach house. Sky and Sam were going in when they heard Ryan's voice.

Security had stopped him near the gate. Arlo was standing behind him. Sky looked Sam then she asked security to let them enter and went inside the house.

She asked the maid to prepare the bathtub and sat down. Sam gave her juice and sat next to her silently. Ryan went towards her and kneeled near her as there were only two seats in the balcony.

Sky took her legs up in scare, "Can you stop frightening me?"

Ryan scratched his head awkwardly, "I didn't mean to scare you. I'm sorry that I shouldn't have shouted at you. President of Sigma never does anything like that so I told."

Sky nodded hearing him, "Sam already told me that. He even said that President will not do anything to me or Harley corporation... Mr.Ray, do you work in Sigma? Why are you so overprotective about him?"

Sky wasn't interested to know about him or his company, she just casually asked. So she continued, "Am I not ' GODLY FRIGHTENING ' , Why are you here?"

Ryan again regretted saying it. He felt she was scared of him looking at her. "I didn't mean to say it. I'm sorry"

"Oh! Does that mean I wasn't scary?" Sky asked as Joe also said she looked frightening.

Excluding Olivia, he had never been nice to any girl. Secretaries did their work and he didn't know how to handle her questions.

"You were scary but not that much. I mean you were scary only at that time, now you aren't scary. I mean You were looking..." Ryan was trying everything he could but only a word Scary repeated again and again.

"What's wrong with you? Stop confusing me. It's okay, I'm not angry with you." Sky said and went to her room.

After taking the bath, she saw there was no hairdryer. She changed to white shorts and a Top before going out in wet hair. She saw Sam in the living hall and asked, "Sam! Where is the maid?"

"She went out to market." Sam replied and worked on his tab.

Sky sat next to him and turned on the television. After about ten minutes, Sam stood up, "I will go out and come."

Sky tugged his jacket quickly, "I will come too."

"Sky! I will come back soon. Rest at home." Sam said. Sky shook her head. "Then you stay at home."

Even though she looked calm, He could say she was still scared. He sat back, "Why are you scared? Nobody will come here. They are here too."

Sky pouted and looked at Arlo and Ryan who were hearing their conversation.

"He will yell at me if I say anything. Stay here." Sky didn't leave her clutch on Sam's jacket, instead, it tightened.

Sam rubbed his temples and glared at Ryan. "Do you think he will hurt you?" He pointed Arlo.

Ryan looked at Arlo and Sky alternatively. Arlo clenched his fist and looked slightly away from Sky but still keeping his attention on her.

Sky looked at Arlo and thought for a few seconds before shaking her head.

Arlo was heaving a sigh of relief but Sky opened her mouth, "He threw me once to pool. What if he throws me in this pool?" Sky pointed at the swimming pool outside and continued. "Or to the beach?"

Arlo and Sam looked at each other and sighed.

'I have to pay for my own karma.' Arlo thought to himself.

Ryan was rolling on his chair and laughing which infuriated Arlo.

"Sky! Why are you clingy today?" Sam had to take the other route.

Sky snorted, "Fine, Go. I will beat them up if they mess with me."

Sam chuckled as he released her clutch and spoke pointing at Arlo, "Then he will stay with you here. I will take the other one out."

Sky unwillingly nodded, "Come back soon. Brother Joe will come here at four."

Sam nodded and rubbed her head faintly before leaving.

Sky kept changing channels having no interest to watch anything, Arlo got up from his seat and went upstairs. Soon he came back with a hairdryer after searching three rooms. Sky didn't notice until he started it.

She turned back right at the time when he stretched his hand to her hair. He paused right in front of her face when her breathing hit his palm. Her delicate face was smaller than his palm.

Sky took her head back and stretched her hand, "I will do it myself."

Arlo turned her head towards television gently, "You watch, I will do it."

"My hair is long, it will take a long time." Sky tried to reason.
