"President Harley! Why there are only twenty? We can increase up to thirty or forty, there is so much space."

Sky answered with the same respect, "Our aim is not only for profit but also to avoid deforestation. With a minimum number, we will have more demand. Higher the demand, higher the profit."

The shareholder nodded at her hearing a precise reply.

Another shareholder scorned, "President Harley, Are you doubting if this can succeed or fail hence you kept it on low numbers?"

Sky's lips turned up alarming David, "No, Saving nature is the responsibility of human beings. I'm doubting what if persons like you ruin nature if I increase the number."

The shareholder turned green and looked aside. Arlo pursed his lips and looked at David who was smiling and proudly looking at his daughter.

"President Harley, Isn't Carlton lake is far from the capital? Is it worth to invest that far?" A shareholder asked amiably.

Sky kept her aloofness and replied, "We choose to go Resorts for resting and to run away from the city life. When we all go to farther places from here, Our location is merely two-hours drive."

A few more questions followed up about the resort and suddenly somebody changed it about Sky.

"President Harley, weren't you showing disrespect to us by coming late in the morning?" A shareholder banged on the table and asked.

Sky kept her cool, "Chairman Harley informed you all before even the meeting started. Let me repeat it for you, I came late because I had an emergency matter to tend and I have already apologized for that as a civilized person. So who is disrespecting whom here?"

Sky heard from her web camera that David saying she had to tend to emergency hence she was late. But these men!

The same shareholder turned red due to anger hearing her say him as an uncivilized person and asked again, "What can be more important than shareholders meeting? Stop making excuses."

Sky smiled but her evil smirk made him shiver, "Let me explain. Emergency means a serious, unexpected situation requiring immediate action. For example, if you faint here, should we continue with the meeting or send you to the hospital? Since you have said the meeting is important, I will consider the former option only in your case."

Many shareholders burst into laughter. The shareholder who asked turned green and trembled, "When your father is here which kind of emergency can it be? Don't exaggerate too much."

He stuttered as he glared at Sky but the latter looked calm as summer sea and said a word for a word, "My personal business is none of your business."

When few chuckled, few asked her with concern, "President Harley, hope your problem is solved, if not you should tend to your work."

"Mr.June is right, President Harley, your assistant will carry forward, You can leave."

Sky gave a faint smile at them, "Thank you for your concern. I have already solved it."

That faint smile was a slap on a few shareholders but they started to vent their anger taking on business talk.

"I heard President Harley didn't come to the office for a month. Why are you neglecting and misusing your powers." A shareholder asked in an interrogating voice.

Sky eyes narrowed at the shareholder, "If I neglected and misused my power, Harley corporation would have suffered huge losses, you wouldn't have got the profit what you received and you wouldn't have vacationed in Europe for fifteen days without worry with your ..."

Sky stopped and smirked. Many shareholders who were his friends knew what she meant and meeting hall became silent.

Arlo looked at her in astonishment, he didn't expect her to know their weakness. He also understood why she had said 'some will hate her'.

Later nobody dared to question Sky and asked about the new upcoming project which Sky replied.

Soon the meeting was over at the afternoon half-past four leaving Sky dead tired but nobody could say from watching her. Since only less than ten percent opposed her, she didn't care.

David concluded the meeting and asked shareholders to rest. Sky slumped back on the chair when she saw Andy took everyone out.

"Lass! you have a sharp tongue." David said looking at her dotingly.

Sky pouted, "I didn't start it. Anyway, I was only mean to who didn't respect me. By the way who says that to their beloved daughter?"

"Woo! When did you become narcissistic?" David was surprised.

"I was just telling the truth, okay?" Sky said cheekily.

"Okay then, I will leave. Take care." David Stood up with his assistant.

Sky nodded and stretched her hands, "Where is my hug?"

David chuckled and hugged her, "If those shareholders see you like this, they will faint for real."

"Let them! I don't mind." Sky grinned and continued, "I will go to Ethan. He was looking depressed."

David nodded and left after rubbing her head fondly.

Arlo who was looking at her acting cute silently took her video without anyone noticing. He replayed it and chuckled silently seeing her stretching her hands like a little girl asking for a hug.

David's assistant was used to it as he frequented Harley mansion hence he stood silently.

Sky saw Arlo looking at mobile and smiling when she was about to leave. "What are you watching on the mobile which is making you smile so much?"

Arlo locked the screen and slid the mobile in his pocket. "It's nothing."

Sky nodded and went to her office. She took her mobile and called Ethan but nobody received it even after two tries. Sky called James and got to know Ethan was working in the office. She left alone to his office as Maxwell and Jimmy followed behind her.

She stood by his door for five minutes but Ethan didn't notice and his mobile was lying on his desk seemed to be in silent mode. She knocked on the opened door and entered inside.

Ethan forced a smile and continued checking the file. That wasn't his style. He used to shoot from his seat and ask hundreds of questions about her visit.

"Ethan, Let's go out." Sky asked so that she could talk to him.

"Sky! I have pending work." Ethan didn't bat an eyelid at her.

"You can do it tomorrow, talk to me! Or shall I help you finish faster?" Sky asked sincerely.
