"Because Brother Jai, Dad, and Sam will know everything about you before letting you near me."

He knew she trusted them and what she said was the truth. "Convincing! what about the other half."

Sky giggled before saying, "Till you say I can enjoy boyfriend mode of husband."

He understood what she meant by boyfriend mode. But he didn't expect her to know why he kept her off the hook all this time.

"Oh! My wife is smart!" Soon both drifted off to sleep as they talked.

Sky who thought her teasing ended a night before, didn't expect Ethan to forward her few posts to tease her.

She was reading one by one to Arlo in the kitchen during lunchtime.

"The world's longest kiss lasted 58 hours, 35 minutes and 58 seconds. If you can break the record, our next dinner party will be on you."

"Holy! That's 2 days, ten hours 35 minutes straight. won't they get hungry, thirsty, tired." Sky said as she went towards the table.

Arlo followed her to keep plates on the table, lifted her up to make her sit. "How about we try? By Sunday we can break the record."

"Arlo! No no... Stop kidding... Arlo...." Sky held him back to stop him from kissing which she already got a few.

While they were playing and an invited person entered the kitchen and peeled off Arlo from Sky. Noticing him push his fist at Arlo, Sky stopped his hand before it could reach Arlo.

"Andy! what the hell do you think you are doing?" Sky growled at him.

"He was forcing you." Andy looked furious not understanding why she got angry with him.

Arlo's face turned cold looking at Andy who was angered.

Sky swung Andy's hand back as she got down and stood between two men facing Andy. "There was nothing like that. You can leave now." Her cold and distant tone carried a hint of anger.

Andy clearly saw Arlo pulling her to him as Sky was protesting while she tried to keep him away but he had missed that she was chuckling with it.

The expression on Andy's face turned undecipherable after hearing her. "Your boyfriend?"

"My husband!" Sky's voice was clear, loud and crisp.

Arlo felt like it was a clean slap on Andy's face but he loved the way she said 'My husband' even though she could have hidden from him.

Sky saw a judgemental gaze in Andy's eyes when he looked at Arlo. Sky flicked her fingers to get his attention, "What we do is none of your business. Out."

Arlo ignored Andy and looked Sky who would punch Andy's face if she didn't have rationality.

"Sweetheart! You are mine during lunch in the office." Arlo said and lifted her to sit on a barstool. He didn't want her to ruin the mood and he showed off their intimacy to Andy.

Andy heard his non-cold voice while saying to Sky and saw them before he left with a complex expression.

Sky was used to Arlo lifting or sweeping her off the floor whenever he wants but hearing 'Sweetheart' first time in his enticing tone, she didn't know she should be happy or angry because he said due to Andy.

"Mr.Petty Husband, Shall we have our lunch?" Sky couldn't help but say seeing him clinging on to her.

He moved near her ear, "I will eat you up after meeting your grandfather."

He couldn't make his mind to tell her he was the President of Sigma who she thinks as an evil businessman who never shows mercy on anybody. He was still scared of her reaction after that. He was even ready to give up Sigma but he didn't want to lose her.

She tried to keep straight face and spoke, "Now eat your lunch." Arlo chuckled seeing her blush, "Your face cheated on you."

Andy who went out was still in disbelief. He had many questions to ask but he couldn't ask. He had no appetite to eat sitting in the employee's dining hall.

He didn't give a response to anybody who wished him. Seeing his grim look staring at his plate, nobody dared to stay longer around him.

'Were they married before Arlo joined here?'

But he knew Sky never treated him special but he had noticed Arlo being cold and domineering to everyone except Sky. But he had thought it was because of her position.

He had noticed Arlo hanging around with Sky and others. So he thought it was because of David and for her safety. He knew Arlo was teaching Sky, he then started to cook but he didn't feel off as he was her secretary.

He was once curious about what was 'S' in his second name and tried to get his information but Director Jain declined him and said he has to get permission from David to give away the employee information.

He noticed a few time Jai greeting him with a nod as he gave him cold shoulder even when he wished. It confirmed to him that Sky was married for a long time.

He always thought Sky would marry a rich socialite man as she received many bouquets all the time from reputed business families and companies.

When Arlo and Sky started to enter and exit the office together, he thought Arlo was working and he was driving her home which was also part of his work profile.

He had seen them many times in coordinated clothes but he thought it was a coincidence. He understood why Sky was looking after Arlo in the hospital. It was not only because he saved her also because he was her husband.

He clenched his fist tight to stop feeling the pain in his chest. He knew he couldn't get her, not only because of the past but also because of the vast gap between them which may be a way of thinking or social status or their current work relationship. But he couldn't digest she married her secretary who was working under her. She even repudiated to call him a friend so he had given up on her.

'Did I give up easily?' He was thinking when a call brought him back to reality.

He picked up seeing a call from 'Hana'.
