Chapter 610 - He is brazen

By the time they reached the Lamian shop, it was closed for the customers and seven entered to see tables were arranged with full of food. All had dinner as they heard Sky's visiting story and how she helped them from Uncle Reed and Ivy after hearing Ryan question them nonstop.

It was dark when they all came out of the shop and bid them goodbye. Sky had offered a ride for Ivy as she would have to return to the capital but she declined by saying she would leave Monday morning.

Sky was planning to ride back but Sam left as soon as she came out of the shop, "Go with your husband."

"Hey!" Sky could only look at the departing bikes one after the other excluding Arlo.

The latter's bike was too heavy around more than 600 pounds, Sky never drove such a heavy beast and she wasn't sure if she could handle so thinking to try during day time, she decided to be pillion rider.

"Hey, Hottie! Can I get a ride back home?" Sky asked flirtatiously holding her open face helmet.

Arlo was astonished hearing and looking at his unpredictable wife. "Anything for you Darling."

Sky smiled and hopped on. They were the last to leave before his security vehicle followed them.

"Sky!" Arlo called as he rode slowly, Sky hummed.

"Am I Sam?" Arlo asked pointing her hands on his shoulders.

Sky pinched him before wounding her hands but his hand moved around her waist quickly before pulling her in front of him which scared her to wits.

Seeing her eyes wide open in shock holding her breath under the lights of other vehicles he commented, "Are you inviting me for a kiss? Let me see the road now, I will kiss later."

'Shameless man.' Sky bit on his shoulder over the jacket.

She had thought she was falling down from the bike or they were falling off from the bike.

"Bite again, I will stop the bike." Arlo threatened to stop her.

"Who teaches you to do all these? Were you really single all these years? you don't seem to be inexperienced at all. In fact, I feel like you must have had quite a few. How many..."

Sky chattered for more than fifteen minutes nonstop and didn't even let him answer to any as she continued.

He stopped the bike and asked her to take a breath. Then she rode the bike to avoid letting him sit in front of her.

Sky who had thought it would be difficult to ride soon got a good grip on the road and increased the speed after asking Arlo. Soon she overtook all excluding Sam who was at good speed from the beginning.

All routed to their home. Sky who stopped in front of the entrance of the home, tossed the key to guard to park before entering as she heard. "Sweetheart! You ride every time and I will be your pillion rider."

Sky rejected, "Nope! I will never ride with you again. Hmph."

Sky sat next to David ignoring Arlo. Olivia asked who had heard her reply. "Kid! What happened? Why don't you want to ride with him?"

"Because he..." Sky paused and gritted her teeth.

How was she going to tell that he was sizing her waist to which she lost balance a few times and he had to balance it?

If David gets to know she lost balance, he would never let her touch the bike.

"He?" David looked at Arlo and Sky alternatively.

Sky stood up and glared at Arlo, "He is brazen."

She strode off and Arlo followed her with a straight face. Leaving Olivia in confusion and David chuckled guessing what would have happened.

Arlo again proved his brazenness to Sky before letting her sleep.

Sky had quite a work hence the consecutive three days they went to Harley.

Peter had hired a team of Six for the testing team. In them, four were ex-military men who had an interest in software and studied software related courses. Other two, he had picked after checking about them with an interview.

Sky allotted a complete floor for them where they could try and test security equipment too. Their required materials were ordered by Sam which would take time to assemble before they officially start.

The legal and registering process was successfully completed.

Sky got the presentation from Jimmy which would be presented in the shareholders meeting. Arlo wanted to handle the presentation but Sky declined by saying, 'How can small company let the Mighty President Smith to present.'

She said but she also paid price for calling him 'President Smith'.

The first half of the presentation would be carried out by Clara and Andy. The latter sent the file to Sky to make sure everything was up to mark.

On shareholder's meeting

The meeting started, David headed the meeting. Andy started Harley's yearly report and development. Clara followed up giving him a break.

Sky almost yawned as she heard their mock presentation a day before, she could literally repeat their words. David had seen the reports so he was not interested either but he looked like he was hearing for the first time.

Sky was impressed by his acting and gave thumbs up to him which Arlo saw sitting behind her and knocked on her head.

David clenched his teeth to control laughter and saw them playing passing the paper but he couldn't get hold of the paper. He didn't know whether to laugh at them playing like kids or angry for their behavior in the shareholders' meeting.

He knew if he tries to test the water asking questions, he would drown as those two would successfully walk on it as if it was a land. Hence he let them have their way.

For lunch, All went to a restaurant near Harley. Sky and Arlo stayed in their kitchen.

After lunch, Sky gave the presentation. Instead of giving in a boring fashion she had added a few short videos and animation as an example to keep them interested.

All were quite impressed and asked questions after Sky settled on her seat. For valid questions, she answered properly. For nonsense, she shut them off.

It had followed for more than half an hour until Sky was questioned about the employees as there were many streams she presented.

"Ms.Sky! How many are you planning to hire for such a big plan?"

"Eleven are hired. Rest will depend on the product releases." Sky said the truth.
