Chapter 664 - Brother Jai is in danger(1)

He didn't know that Sky knew about Jai's undercover special intelligence officer identity and Sky didn't know Arlo knew about Jai's identity. Sky knew Loran didn't know about Jai hence she didn't tell him anything and asked about his City M branch before hanging up the call.

Arlo wanted to tell her but he thought she might get frightened about the job. He pulled her next to him in the car while going towards the Airport without knowing what else to do.

"Arlo, is it possible to reach country A sooner? I mean faster than fourteen hours?" Sky asked as she leaned on him. 

Arlo had already asked the Focus industry to lend him their jet. The focus industry was a top company in country U and the president of that company was very crazy about the Air vehicles and he had the fastest jet. Since Sigma had many business ties with them, he immediately agreed to his request.

"I have asked to change our jet. We will reach in eleven hours instead of fourteen. Don't worry about your brother." Arlo tried to calm her.

Sky understood he had asked somebody because of her leaving his aloof self, "Why don't you say no to me? You don't have to agree to me all the time."

Arlo was helpless seeing her tear up for it. He hugged her tight and let her calm down. Sky recovered soon and said in a stern tone, "Be as you are. If you change, I will kill you. I don't like you requesting anybody for anything. Am I clear?"

Arlo obediently agreed and heard her say with a cheeky smile, "I'm an exception though." Sky knew because of her, Arlo's mood had dampened who does so much for her.

Arlo raised his brows in amus.e.m.e.nt and requested her, "I wish to steal some sweetness." But he didn't wait for her response and pinned her down on the seat in the limousine. 

It had been many days since they had kissed. She forgot about her brother for the time and melted under him...

She was breathing heavily when he left her. He caressed her hair as he asked, "Are you planning to make me a saint?"

"Oh, I haven't thought about it... I will think in the future when you lose your stamina." Sky was blushing heavily even though she tried her best to stop it.

Arlo was surprised hearing her continue about lovemaking, "I will make sure to keep my stamina up for you."

Sky couldn't continue anymore and hid her face under him as he continued to tease her. He stopped when they reached the airport and tidied her air. "Mrs.Smith, You have no right to stop your husband from doing everything for you. Understood?"

Sky pressed her lips hard on his cheek before leaving him and hummed. Both alighted and were entering the VVIP clear straight corridor when they heard Thomson. Arlo wasn't surprised as he knew he would come. Sky smiled at him as they waited for him to reach.

He handed a box to Sky, "I hope you guys like it. Sky, if you hold a wedding, don't forget to call us because your husband will never do that."

After checking it had a gift box, Sky looked at Arlo who nodded to keep it. "Birthday Boy! Last time you proposed to me on his behalf, Is this to complete the proposal?"

Thomson smiled and walked inside with them. But her next question made him think whether he should return or stay with them till they board.

"Birthday Boy, if you love Arlo, you should confess it. Why aren't you confessing? I don't mind having a love rival." He had come to see them off both the time hence she said.

Arlo didn't respond to it as he knew she was pulling Thomson's leg. But the latter successfully made Arlo's nonchalance face to go dark, "Sky, how about I confess to you? You don't mind your husband having a love rival, right?"

Sky chuckled with Thomson looking at Arlo. The trio sat down as they had fifteen minutes to fly off. Sky checked the gift and liked it a lot. A smile appeared on Arlo's face when he saw it and Sky.

It was a miniature of Sky and Arlo dancing. It had the same clothes design which they were wearing at Thomson's birthday party.

"Handsome Birthday Boy, you are amazing." Sky complimented him holding the miniature. Arlo saw her adoring look on the gift and his mood naturally lightened.

Thomson was satisfied knowing they liked the gift. He knew Arlo would be happy seeing Sky and to make her happy wasn't difficult.

Sky and Thomson continued to talk and until it was five minutes to leave. Sky who was leaving with Arlo stopped and went back to Thomson, "Senior Tom, your proposal on behalf of Arlo was the best one out of all I got till now. You are a very amiable and likable person."

Thomson smiled hearing her honest words, "What's cooking Ms.Sky?"

"Can I give you small advice?" Sky asked gingerly and continued after seeing him nod.

"In life, some times we will not know what we want in our life but we will know what we don't want in our life. We should be determined to keep that away Or we should be determined to handle it only when you are sure you can live happily after small suffering."

Thomson understood why Sky said but he didn't know what to reply to her seeing her talk maturely. Arlo checked his wristwatch and called her, "Sky!"

Sky nodded at Arlo and quickly gave a friendly hug to him as she said, "Don't lose yourself pretending to be happy in front of your family." Then she ran towards Arlo as she said, "We will be on toes to help you anytime. Just a call away."

Thomson smiled and looked at Sky waving her one hand at him and as she held Arlo's arms with another hand to match his walking speed. Anne would hug him hundreds of times but a small gesture to calm him from Sky brought a smile on his face and made him feel relaxed. He understood why Arlo was head over heels in love with Sky.

After hearing Sky, he felt like he should talk in his home about his relationship with Anne once to know what could be done and removed the ring from his finger before stuffing it in his pocket.

Arlo reprimanded her by saying, "Ms. Sky Harley, How dare you hug another man in front of me? Are you asking for punishment?"
