Chapter 682 - I am straight

After giving it a rest for a day, another traffic surveillance video released.

Thanks to hi-tech cameras they used in the country U, the video was very clear. Anne was entering the same man's XUV which was well known to his fans.

In a few seconds, the car started shaking... The huge mistake they made at the end was that man getting down to hug her before leading her another car.

Seeing how that man untangled her messed hair and helped, soon a Couple Fan group created. When some identified the date, they explained it was a video after her engagement.

The Hathaway family was completely humiliated for having such daughter-in-law to be. Thomson was over the moon. He kept updating about every development to Sky.

When Sky got to know, Hathaway family was meeting Lawrence's family, she prepared the last video thinking Anne might be too good at manipulating and playing the victim of series scandals.

They met in the evening of county U time which was dawn in county A. Sky was snuggling in Arlo's arms when she heard her phone ring. Arlo picked up for her to let her sleep. He spoke clenching his teeth.

"Senior Tom! My wife is helping you and how dare you disturb her sleep?"

Sky was half-awake hearing his tone. She took her phone and pecked on his cheek before saying, "Sleep."

Thomson was tired of saying hello and was about to hang up, Sky's groggy voice sound, "What is it?"

"I'm really sorry to call you at this time. Our plans have flopped. Anne is a bitch. She cried it off saying that man blackmailed her. Everyone is supporting her."

Sky didn't get tensed at all, "And you were ready to marry such person. I pity you... Check the social media, there must be breaking news for Hathaway. I'll send a complete video to you later in which she called you a gay... If you again disturb my husband's sweet dreams, I'll not think twice to break your bones."

She hung up and cuddled with her husband to sleep.

Thomson's face was dark hearing how each other cared about themselves threatening him. He was about to log in to social media to check, his father's assistant called him out asking his presence in the living hall.

That assistant quickly explained the situation. Thomson saw Anne going pale hearing everyone screaming at her.

Sky had asked to release a video where Anne was belittling old master Hathaway and Hathaway family to her agent in the makeup room.

She clearly said she was using them for name and fame. She would divorce soon after marriage taking huge alimony before marrying her love.

Thomson played his victim card again and their engagement broke on the same day. Hathaway pulled their finances from her upcoming movies whose shoot was started and would start.

Upcoming rest was a disaster for Annie.

Thomson called at a proper time later to thank lavishly but Sky stopped him and sent the complete video in which Anne called Thomson as gay who always ignored her s.e.xy body even when she threw herself on him.

Sky spoke after knowing he watched, "I was joking in the airport about love rival. If you take it seriously and woo my husband, I'll make your life a living hell. Gorgeous! I know you are intelligent enough to choose the right path."

Thomson roared before hanging up, "I. am. straight."

He never got a chance to thank her whenever she did something as she would say something to infuriate him.

Sky and Loran laughed sitting in the hospital after she hung up the call.

It was forty-one days Jai went to coma.

Everyone's heart ached seeing Sky and Loran. How much ever they made everyone envious in the past, that much everyone felt bad for them.

Since it was Sunday, Sky didn't have any work. Loran was asleep hearing her. Sky was holding Jai's hand and spoke to him randomly. Sky had sent Arlo to the Harley mansion to meet Olivia and check on George and Georgia for her. 

Even she had dozed off looking at both brothers.

When Loran woke up, Sky was sitting on the chair holding Jai's hand and resting her head next to his hand. He wiped his eyes corner and used the washroom.

He wanted to go out for a walk when Arlo entered. Loran stopped Arlo sensing he might take Sky to a different room or make her lay on the bed in the same room.

"Brother-in-law, Sister Sky will wake up as soon her hand leaves Brother Jai's hand. Let her sleep, we will wake her up later." He said in low voice. 

Arlo nodded and went out with Loran who was going on a walk. They just spoke about Sky and Jai before going back towards the room after half an hour.

They had exited the elevator and were going towards the room, Next elevator opened, Sam and the other four were there to visit Jai. All walked towards the room and heard Sky scream in horror.

Since the door wasn't closed completely, her voice traveled out and frightened everyone to the core. The guards opened the door immediately when Arlo rushed to her but paused in confusion looking at her hand.

All stopped behind Arlo looking at her in confusion.

When Sky's sleep completed, she took a deep breath and yawned before opening her eyes. She saw a chord moving and was scared which made her scream in a split second.

She had tightened her clutch on Jai's and realized that it wasn't a snake. While leaving Jai's hand, she realized, it wasn't only her who clutched the Jai's palm. Jai was holding back too.

Her heartbeats quickened as she analyzed. Sensing many entering inside, she signaled them to be quiet and stop in the same place. 

Sky was scared and let out a scream which made Jai hold back her hand. That meant Jai was listening to them. She again started shouting as a scared one, "Ahhhhh... Ahhhh... Ahhhh... ..."

Sky realized Jai's grip tightened as she continued. Her palms turned red but she didn't stop and continued a few more times. A few were baffled seeing her. Arlo, Loran, and Sam soon understood Jai was reacting to her screams.

When Sky noticed Jai eyeballs moving and trying to open his eyes, she covered his eyes confusing a few. She was slightly trembling until Loran held her shoulders.

A smile broke in her face when she felt eyelashes brushing her palm. She had covered his eyes because Jai hadn't seen light for such a long and it might irritate his eyes.
