Perseus reached Lenny. There was a ready sword at his side. "I'm coming with you!"
Those words had taken Lenny by surprise, but he did not mind.
Of course, if this were Hector or Athena, after the previous ordeal he had with them, he would not agree.
Besides, Athena was now on his check list for people to kill.
She stole a kill from him.
This was one of the worst offenses a man could do to Lenny.
It was like the love of his life had left him at the altar.
At least, that was the way he pictured it in his head.
Naturally, if he was going to kill Athena, Hector had to go too.
There was no two ways about it.
The obsession that Hector had over Athena was something Lenny concluded was going to be the end of him.
This was the reason why Lenny did not have lovers.
If he was going to have a woman, then it would plainly be for sexual gratification.
If she were to try and cross his path, then he was going to treat her in the same manner that he did with his enemies, slicing and dicing.
Lenny nodded. "I see you already have your stuff packed."
Perseus nodded.
"Good! Come then, let's go slaughter the world."
Perseus nodded as he walked with Lenny.
The others waved their good-byes from behind.
The moment they reached the edge of the domain, Lenny got that feeling he always had when passing through a portal.
He looked behind him, and to his surprise, it was a desert.
Perseus stepped out, and then Glenn came from behind him.
"I can clearly see you've made some adjustments to your security. Not bad!" Lenny complimented.
"Well, I had to. I really don't like the disturbance. All I did was place a cloaking spell on it.
Because of the Pact, demons may not enter, but that does not mean that other beings like witches cannot invade. Besides, in this world, there are things even demons fear."
She said those words with a stern warning.
Lenny nodded at her words. But deep down, he couldn't help but get excited at the thought of it.
Lenny was not at all a normal person.
The greater the challenge, the more excitement he felt taking it.
Glenn walked up to him and took his hand.
She brought it to her chest, right on her soft, marshmallow breast.
With a pity look in her eyes, she held her gaze in his. "Are you sure you won't stay? You will be missing all this, you know!"
"Wow! You really do not give up, do you, woman?"
She sighed as she pushed his hands away.
And then she waved her hands, "Stand back a bit. This is going to be a big one." Lenny chuckled. "That's what he said." Negative magic flowed from her body like black ethereal gas, wandering like liquid in the air.
It went high above their heads.
Glenn's eyes suddenly turned a dark shade, like the night.
Her mouth opened, and words none of them understood flowed out.
She was casting a spell.
However, the Satan system interpreted it for Lenny.
~By the mystic forces of night and day,
I weave a shield to keep harm at bay.
Two souls unbound by love's sweet tether,
I think you should take a look at
Still, I cast this spell to guard them together.
No amorous ties bind their hearts.
Yet, protect them from life's piercing darts.
A bond of friendship, respect, and care
In this protective enchantment, I declare
Invisible threads, a protective weave,
Around these two, my magic I leave.
From harm's embrace, they shall not part,
With this spell's safeguard, I impart~
*Crackle!*
There were sudden lightning strikes within the cloud of negative magic.
And then it all disappeared.

<Elder Witch Glenn has cast a protective spell. Does Host wish to be released from spell hold?>
Lenny quickly thought about this and gave his answer, "No!"
Lenny allowed the spell. After all, it was just additional protection.
It might just end up becoming useful later on.
In such a dangerous world, there were never enough safety nets in case of trouble.
Lenny knew this more than anyone.
"Also, if there is an emergency, you can just call my name. If it's from your lips, I'll instantly hear you." Glenn added.
After all was said and done, it was time to leave.
The land before them was terribly barren.
It was as if something had drunk life directly from the earth.
As far as the eyes could see, it was just desert land.
Lenny was actually surprised to see that there was no devil in sight.
He wanted to ask, but Glenn was busy with another spell.
Soon, they could see what Lenny was sure was a pirate ship far off in the distance.
This pirate ship rolled through the desert sands like it was rolling on the sea.
Regardless of the ups and downs, there was no obstruction whatsoever.
It was only when it came close enough that he could see that there were four giant crocodiles pulling the ship.
"What is that?" Perseus asked, his ignorance of the outside world quite obvious.
Glenn smiled. That is the Crimson Leviathan.
Amidst the briny misty sand and dust that veiled the unforgiving earth, this pirate ship known as the "Crimson Leviathan" came into view.
It was a vessel like no other, with timeworn planks of mahogany that bore the scars of countless battles and sails the color of freshly spilled blood.
As the ship drew closer, the true marvel of this nautical behemoth became apparent.
It wasn't propelled by the typical gusts of wind; instead, four colossal crocodiles, each the size of a compact car, were harnessed to the ship's stern.
Their scales glistened like emerald armor, and their eyes gleamed with an eerie intelligence that marked them as more than mere reptiles.
The crocodiles were adorned with ornate harnesses, studded with rubies and sapphires that sparkled in the dappled sunlight.

Massive chains, thick as a sailor's forearm, connected these leviathan reptiles to the ship's stern. With each powerful stroke of their webbed claws, the crocodiles pulled the ship forward, their sinewy tails slapping the sand's surface in rhythmic cadence.
The pirates aboard the "Crimson Leviathan" navigated this fearsome flotilla with practiced skill. They stood at the ship's helm and lined the ship's sides, their muzzles decorated with intricate carvings of sea monsters and treasure chests, ready to unleash their thunderous wrath.
This unconventional vessel, drawn by four gigantic, jewel-bedecked crocodiles, was a sight to behold on the high desert, striking fear into the hearts of both friend and foe. It was a testament to the audacity and ingenuity of the pirates on board it, a floating fortress with nature's predators at its command, sailing the treacherous desert of this apocalyptic world.
