885 Moranda's Blade
Lucifer's journey, marked by despair and destruction, took him across the breadth of creation, seeking solace from various entities, both minor and great.
Yet, with each visit, his inner turmoil only deepened, his path trailed by chaos. His grief, like a storm, wreaked havoc, unsettling the lives of countless beings and sowing discord across realms.
Driven to the brink, Lucifer confronted his anguish in a moment of unparalleled despair.
In a realm secluded from the eyes of creation, he enacted a ritual of profound sacrifice. With a display of unspeakable brutality, he tore open his chest and excised his own heart.
This act was not merely a gesture of surrender to his suffering but a pivotal decision that would alter the cosmic order.
He chose to entomb his heart in a substance that epitomized boundless agony, a pain that dwarfed even his own emotional strife. In this act of extreme physical sacrifice, Lucifer sought the elusive peace that had long escaped him. With his heart buried within this nexus of suffering, he rose and walked away, leaving behind a legacy of pain and a key to an enigma that would challenge the very foundations of the cosmos.
As the revelation unfolded before Lenny's eyes, the true nature of the Codex became clear—it was not merely a repository of knowledge or power but a guide to the final resting place of Lucifer's heart, a secret so profound that it could shift the balance of power across realms.
Uriel, his form disintegrating further with each passing moment, affirmed Lenny's realization. "Now you know," he said, his voice echoing the weight of the knowledge bestowed.
In his final moments, Uriel imparted a warning, a reminder of the solitary path that lay ahead: "Remember, Master's beloved, no one is your friend... not even the master..."
With those parting words, Uriel's presence dissipated, leaving behind only the whisper of the wind as a testament to his existence.
Lenny stood alone, armed with the knowledge of the Codex and the grim admonition of Uriel, poised on the brink of a quest that would test the limits of his resolve, his alliances, and his very understanding of the cosmos.
<Alert: Codex absolved>
<unfortunately, System is unable to completely unfold the Codex for more information>
<To do this, Embrayonic soul needs to be upgraded>
After Uriel's death, Lenny's control of the Satan System had returned.
At the same time Coco was surprised as to what was happening. "Lord Moranda. What are you doing? Lenny is an..."
Moranda gave him a cold look and yhe blood in Coco's veins suddenly froze up.
Coco was connected to Moranda by virtue of bloodline. To disobey Moranda's will was to court death.
"Hmmm! I see." Lenny turned to Moranda, "You never planned on letting me go and lead the forces of hell from the very beginning, did you?"
Miranda smirked, "I am a devil not a lying cheat like those demons. Only the blood of the morningstar may command Hell's legions. I would have taken you to Hell and helped you unite its forces as Lucifer's cup bearer. But once revenge has been taken on the other royal families and House Lucifer has been restored, I would eat your heart out myself, and share your limbs to the underlines. With Lucifer's blood in your veins you would act as incredible supplement for the new empire we shall build."
"And how long would that have taken?" Lenny asked again.
"At most a couple of hundred years before I kill you. It's more than a human deserve. A gift from me for freeing me."
Moranda continued, "this is as the fates intended. This path will lead house Lucifer to revenge and victory."
"But now that I have faulted, you want to correct it. I'm I right?"
Moranda nodded, "You are no match for me, Master's beloved. With the invitation stone, I shall summon the hosts of hell, the remaining devils of the lucifer family and like the other royal families, we shall declare the eighth earth as territory under the rule of House Lucifer."
Lenny raised a brow at him. These same words, he had heard from Cuban once upon a time.
Although it was before time travel.
Cuban wanted to declare the earth a territory of the Asmodeus family.
If all these people could do it, then Lenny believed that he could do it too.
He suddenly smiled...
