Chapter 177 Information

Name:Fallen Fate Online Author:

Alex, because of his status and what he had done in the past, had many enemies. Each of them had different reasons to hate him, but they all wanted to kill him, and Enzo was one of them.

Normally, they wouldn't attack, as they didn't stand a chance against Alex, however, after Fallen Fate Online, things changed. They got superhuman strength and could finally get their revenge, at least that's what Enzo thought.

Whoooooooooosh.

Alex's silhouette blurred as he appeared beside the two men, waving his arms. In a heartbeat, their throats were ripped open, releasing a powerful stream of blood and plunging their minds forever into darkness.

"Two ready, seven more." Alex muttered, turning and lowering his cold as ancient glaciers gaze at one of the guards.

The man flinched, fear completely engulfing him, and he didn't know what to do, they were not prepared for such developments, so he quickly grabbed his gun, aiming it at Alex, who was already disappearing.

"Too slow. Using guns in a situation like this... You're a real idiot." Alex sighed before he attacked.

The man's arm flew to the side, then the water blade sank into his head through his jaw. Alex quickly pulled the blade out and continued the fight on the other side.

It didn't take him long to deal with everyone. Alex used skill, the blades from the dense water seemed to be the sharpest weapons, and they died one by one without even a chance to fight back.

"Agh... That wasn't bad..." Alex slicked his hair back as he looked out into the sun that brightly illuminated their battlefield. He stood among the nine corpses whose blood covered the ground, but, because of the water Alex's hands were clean, only his face had a few crimson drops.

Alex slowly turned his head, meeting his gaze with Enzo, who stood in shock in one place. He had seen one like this many times before in his life, and each time, Alex turned out to be the winner.

"How did you do that...? We did a lot of tests, and no one out of a hundred people could use the skill, not even partially!" Enzo exclaimed in anger with a wave of his hand.

Alex only smirked, "That's what I told you, information is the greatest power, in our world for sure." Alex canceled the skill, the water blades disappeared as he stepped forward.

"I'm sure you know that Galahan is connected to Zayne Fellen, the man who has achieved more than anyone else in Fallen Fate at the moment." Alex spoke in a deep voice, gradually approaching Enzo.

Enzo gulped.

"Thanks to him I learned that Chaos Coin removes some of the restrictions, hah, if you think about it, it's pretty obvious that Chaos helps break the rules, doesn't it?" Alex tilted his head, staring intently at Enzo, who was having a cold sweat come out.

Alex continued, "It also has certain disadvantages, but the benefits are definitely worth it." Alex looked at the dead guards.

"Why are you telling me all this...?" Enzo muttered, clenching his fists tightly, he knew what awaited him.

"I don't know." Alex shrugged, "Maybe I just wanted to prove a point once again. Before you die, you finally realize how wrong you were."

Crackle.

Alex's palm slammed into Enzo's chest like a spear, squeezing his heart tightly, which was beating much faster than the average person's.

"You could live in luxury, even though you had no eye, but you chose to come to me and lose the only truly valuable thing you have." Alex looked into Enzo's eyes with absolute calm, "Life."

Alex squeezed his hand, crushing Enzo's heart.

"I'll find you even in hell... bastard..." Enzo whispered from the last of his strength before he fell to the ground, becoming Alex's last victim.

Alex sighed, shook his head, and turned around, "Fuck, I have such a beautiful morning, and I wanted to go play, but along with that I have to do the cleaning."

Alex called to someone, "Yeah... I've been having a little trouble so I need to get rid of it faster than the smell of rotting corpses ruins my backyard."

"Sure. We're on our way. By the way, boss..." The voice said uncertainly.

"Hmm? What's wrong?" Alex raised an eyebrow in confusion.

"You've probably heard, but still. There has been a significant increase in robberies lately. People just walk in at night and break locks as fast as they couldn't with special tools. So far, there aren't many of these people, and they're trying to operate stealthily, but soon... soon it's going to get real fucked up!" The voice exclaimed.

Alex nodded, "Yeah, I understand. More and more people are realizing every day that it's not a simple game. However, so far, it's been very quiet. The government hasn't started to do anything openly yet. As soon as they realize it's useless to hide it anymore, there will be chaos."

The voice was silent for a while as if pondering Alex's words, then he said quietly, "I got it. We'll try to get there as fast as we can."

Alex nodded as he hung up.

"Well... So Galahan was right again, wasn't he?" Alex muttered, scratching the back of his head, "I doubted we should have invested so much in Zayne, we literally spent millions. However, his connection to us just saved my life..."

Alex turned around and headed back home. He stopped in front of the passageway, and a bitter smile appeared on his face, "After all, then you saved me too thanks to your intuition. Unlike my water blades, that's a real super ability."

Step. Step. Step.

Leaving behind a mountain of bodies, Alex simply returned to his room and climbed into the capsule, entering Fallen Fate Online.

He appeared deep underground, in a cave, with a long black cloak and scarlet blades. He stood among dozens of dead knights of some city.

"I don't think Zayne would have approved of this, but getting the Chaos Coin wasn't so easy..." Alex muttered, heading for the exit, "I get the idea, though. Chaos isn't exactly evil, I won't get its approval if I kill the commoners, however, it's worth doing the same with a Fate Energy carrier, things get easier."

In addition to the knights, there were many monsters among the caves as well - massive lizards whose bodies bore the marks of blades as sharp and swift as lightning.
