Volume 2 - CH 8

At the time Cyclo was defeating monsters in the worst dungeon in the world.

In a corner of the Royal Capital — at the “Miranda Drug Store”.

“–Thank you as always, Sir Bujin.”

Miranda serves customers with a smile on her face. And the customer is Bujin Boujacque, the one who has been behind Cyclo’s downfall.

“No, no, no. The culprit might’ve been caught, but I’m still a bit worried. Ha-ha-ha.”

Bujin, saying such things, had been going to Miranda’s many times.

The reason is simple. He wanted to carry out his plan to attack the extraordinarily beautiful woman Miranda, which had been interrupted by Cyclo.

The technique of attacking a woman after the people have been cleared out cannot be used anymore, because it has become public knowledge to set up Cyclo.

Therefore, Bujin was going to use the back method this time.

“But more importantly, Ms. Miranda. Have you thought about what I told you before?”

“Let’s see …… you’re talking about opening a medicine store in Sir Bujin’s father’s territory, right?”

“Yes. I would love to have an apothecary of Ms. Miranda’s caliber in our territory.”

Yes. This plan is another simple and power-utilizing one.

He would lure Miranda to his territory, make her leave the Royal Capital for some reason, and then, along the way, someone would attack her and she would go missing.

Then no one would suspect Bujin.

Unlike the rapes he had been carrying on in the Royal Capital, this time he would kidnap an exceptionally beautiful woman.

Bujin’s enthusiasm was also very different.

The reason why this plan became feasible is because he was able to use the connections of Hero Raven due to the false accusation of Cyclo.

Up until now, it was done by sneaking around, using small amounts of money to take advantage of thugs.

Now, thanks to his connection with the Hero, he is able to carry out plans on a much larger scale.

The first target was none other than Miranda.

Bujin gives the appearance of having given up. In reality, however, he has no intention of giving up just yet.

“I guess so. –I’ve been through a lot recently, so a change of scenery might not be a bad idea.”

Miranda’s colorful response prompted Bujin to take this opportunity to press the issue.

“Then I will arrange everything for you, from the carriage to everything else. Ms. Miranda has been a great help to me a lot lately, after all.”

“Ufufu. I’m the one who received a lot of help. Thank you for always going out of your way to come all the way to this far away store to buy more supplies.”

In this way, Miranda had become steadily closer to Bujin.

Little did she know that Bujin was the real culprit behind the “I’ve been through a lot” that Miranda was referring to.
