Also at the same time, in a church.

The Hero Raven was accompanying Saint Maria as she prayed.

“…… I’m done. Sir Raven.”

“Oh. Are you done for the day?”

“Yes, sir …… I have no one to pray for safety anymore.”

Maria says sadly. Raven gently hugs her shoulder.

“I don’t know what I can do, but …… Maria. I’ll do my best to make you smile again.”

“…… Yes. Thank you very much, Sir Raven. You saying that to me is, I–“

Maria almost inadvertently speaks like a little girl, which is unbecoming of a saint, and falls silent.

Seeing Maria like that – Raven smiles kindly at her, while successfully hiding her lowly nature.

“I’m fine with it as long as Maria is happy.”

“Sir Raven–thank you very much.”

(…… There’s no way that’s true, bitch. You should just open your legs already!)

Despite the preposterous thoughts in his head, on the surface, Raven was playing the role of a nice young man excellently.

Since Cyclo was tried as a rapist – Raven and Maria’s friendship had rapidly shortened.

Originally, Raven is the son of the Duke of Crowhart, and he has two fiancées.

Maria had been somewhat uncomfortable with Raven’s flirtatious behavior with both of them, thinking that Raven was a person with no sense of propriety.

But now, she has no such awareness.

Rather, she even respects him as a man who can take good care of both women and protect them, a man of twice the worthiness.

Also – because of her work, Maria often meets with Raven’s two fiancées, and each time she has heard their love stories about how wonderful Raven is.

As these days went on — partly because of what happened with Cyclo – Maria began to wonder about Raven.

Now that Cyclo has been sent to the frontier, it has become completely normal for her to be comforted by Raven, and Maria herself feels like Raven’s lover.

Their relationship was well known, and rumors of the two had spread throughout the Royal Capital.

It is even said that the announcement of Raven’s new engagement is just around the corner.

But Maria does not know.

She had no idea that Raven’s true nature was as bad as, or worse than, that of the rapist Cyclo.

Raven has driven many people to ruin for his own reasons.

If he wanted a woman, he would use his money and power to force her into his arms, and if there was a man in his way, he would destroy him.

He has handled others more than once or twice by falsely accusing them of crimes.

Amongst all of these devious tricks, the two women who are just as black-hearted as Raven, who has a vicious nature, and who are just as compatible with each other are his two current fiancées.

In other words, Raven and her fiancée are in on it.

She has no idea that Raven’s fiancées are also evil people who are trying to deceive and humiliate her.

Maria was completely infatuated with the nice young man Raven.

I decided to add some cuckold(NTR) elements to the tag.

The heroine doesn’t get cuckolded, but there is a lot going on with someone other than the main character in the process of the heroine’s terrible suffering.
