“–Now then. I guess that’s about it for my current “Clock User” skill set.”

When Cyclo finishes writing on the wall, he mutters to himself and moves away from the wall.

What’s written on the wall was a list of the abilities of the Clock User that had been discovered through experiments conducted by Cyclo at the present time.

☆ Sundial

Generation: A stick to create shadows. Light source around the stick. (The position relative to the stick when generated is fixed. The position of the light source mimics the position of the real sun?)

Manipulation: The shadows falling from the stick and manipulation of the generated light source.

Stop: Fixation of the shadow and the light source.

Sensing: Any object that is shaded by some light source.

Appraisal: All objects that are shaded by some light source.

Storage: Any stick-shaped object (and possibly a light source?)

☆ Water Clock

Generation: Generation of water and what will be its vessel. (Can the vessel be used as a shield?)

Manipulation: Manipulation of water. (I couldn’t manipulate anything except water. Lack of ability?)

Stop: Stopping the flow of water. Freezing the water! (Unexpected! Amazing!)

Sensing: Sensing of flowing liquid. (It seems that living things can also be sensed by the flow of blood.)

Appraisal: Appraisal of liquids. Appraisal of things that can be vessels for liquids. (I could appraise my own blood and the blood of monsters.)

Storage: Storage of liquids. Storage of things that can be vessels for liquids.

☆ Hourglass

Generation: Generation of sand. (Gravel can be treated as sand, but not pebbles.)

Manipulation: Manipulation of sand.

Stop: Fixation of sand.

Sensing: Sensing a certain amount of sand.

Appraisal: Appraisal of sands.

Storage: Storage of sand.

☆ Internal Clock

Generation: The stomach makes a grumbling sound. (So stupid!)

Manipulation: change of hunger level and thereby nutritional status.

Stop: Fixing the hunger level and thereby the nutritional status.

Sensing: Sensing of organisms that need to eat.

Appraisal: Appraisal of organisms that needs to eat. (Hunger and nutritional status are especially well understood.)

Storage: Stocking of nutrition and energy. (Energy can be extracted from the body as a cube-shaped object and stored in the storage space. I’ll call it an energy cube. Is it possible to share energy with others?)

Like that, Cyclo was writing on the wall, including a study of the current situation.

By recording current abilities in this way, it will be easier to see differences later on when the abilities grow.

Also, by adding to the content as his abilities change, it becomes easier for him to feel his growth.

“I wonder how this will evolve through training. I can’t wait to see!”

Cyclo smiles with a grin.

And so – while Cyclo stands up again for a second chance.

On the other hand, in the Royal Capital, the wheels that went haywire with Cyclo’s disappearance were beginning to take effect, little by little.
