449. The Arrival of Saber World, Vanquishing the Giant Kun! The Kun’s Dying Curse!

"Swallow!" The Kun began to devour voraciously. The surrounding seawater swirled, and members of the Kun clan were swept up, flying towards the Kun's mouth.

"No, Ancestor, it's us!" they cried. "Ancestor, please don't swallow us!" But their pleas were in vain; the Kun seemed to have intentionally lured them for this very moment.

Countless members of the Kun clan were swallowed, and the Kun's aura grew increasingly terrifying as if about to break through a critical threshold. Lin Fei realized the Kun was attempting to restore itself, and if successful, it could potentially reach god-level – an outcome Lin Fei did not wish to see.

"You won't swallow and restore so recklessly in front of me!" Lin Fei declared. "Saber World!"

With that thought, Lin Fei summoned the Saber World. It descended with a boom, isolating everything within from the outside. This was no ordinary Saber World, but one infused with Lin Fei's power of the world, possessing the characteristics of a 'small world' – similar to the one that trapped the Phoenix.

Lin Fei had begun to understand the essence of a small world. Unlike a secret realm, which couldn't be considered a full-fledged world, a small world genuinely merited this title. It was this understanding that allowed him to evolve his Saber World, pushing it towards becoming a small world and effectively isolating everything within.

In an instant, Lin Fei transported all beings within the Saber World out, even removing the seawater. Kun was left completely isolated, unable to devour any more members of its clan or other exotic beasts.

"Refine!" In Lin Fei's Saber World, flames roared fiercely, combining the Triple Yin True Fire, the Phoenix Fire, and other flames to incinerate the essence blood. As the flames burned, the essence blood rapidly turned to ash. Suddenly, a tremendous roar emitted from the essence blood as it began to morph into the form of the Kun, but only managed to form a gigantic head before being consumed by the flames.

"You actually resisted the temptation and refrained from assimilating my essence blood," the Kun's head remarked as it continued to transform amidst the blazing flames, eventually turning to ashes.

Lin Fei, witnessing the disintegration of the essence blood, felt a mix of relief and contemplation. He had wisely controlled his greed, avoiding the trap the Kun had set within its essence blood. Had he succumbed to temptation, the Kun might have seized the opportunity to control him, potentially leading to his undoing.

With the essence blood now reduced to ashes, Lin Fei felt a sense of security. The immediate threat of the Kun was gone. However, Kun's mention of the "Divine Realm" before its demise piqued Lin Fei's curiosity.

"Returning from the Divine Realm? So, the Kun's true form resides there?" he wondered. "What exactly is this Divine Realm, and why hasn't Dubhe mentioned it?"

Lin Fei reached out to Dubhe with these questions. Dubhe explained that the Divine Realm was a world created by beings above the god-level, which could be understood as a kind of small world. This realm differed from ordinary worlds and was conducive to the cultivation of life forms above the god-level. However, Dubhe didn't have specific details, as it had never been taken there by its master.

This revelation led Lin Fei to realize the vastness of the ancient world and why beings at the level of Martial Gods or Deity Transformation were rarely seen. They likely resided in the Divine Realm.

Though the threat of the Kun lingered, Lin Fei knew its return from the Divine Realm wouldn't be easy. If the Kun did return, perhaps by then, Lin Fei would have achieved the status of Martial God. The balance of power at that point would be uncertain.
