Chapter 1287: Attack On Submarine
The people of Alola calmed down, seeing that nothing followed after that big explosion in the sea other than some big waves, and they were not worried about these waves as they are used to them.
Julian looked at the calm sea and knew that Gyarados must have dealt with the pokemons that were the leaders of the region.
Julian then went back to sleep, as he knows he has nothing to worry about.

The next few days went by with nothing happening. Julian kept constant updates on Cipher and they should be here any moment for Gyarados to intercept.
Gyarados is spending his life in these new waters very peacefully. The water here is nice and has the perfect temperature. He wondered when these people who Julian informed him about will arrive.
But today he doesn't have to wait any longer. As he is resting his massive body on the soft gravel on the ocean floor, he felt a massive object approaching Alola.
Gyarados knew that this is the thing he needs to take care of as this massive thing is not a living thing and he could also sense tiny life forms in it.
He swims toward the massive submarine that is approaching the islands. Diiscover new stories at novelhall.com

Inside the massive submarine, which is completely invisible from the outside, people in uniform are moving around in an organized pattern.
Each one of them seems to be busy and doing their own assigned task without interfering with the other one. All of them seem so organized.
Right inside the front end of the submarine, many people with uniforms sat in front of their monitors and they monitor everything that is happening on these screens.
"Sir, there seems to be a huge creature heading our way at high speed," one of them spoke as they see something big approaching the submarine at high speed.
"What is it?" A man who is wearing a heavy-looking uniform and sitting on a high platform asked.
"We don't know sir, but it looks like a pokemon. Around 15 meters long," they answered back.
The man sitting above the others frowned. Before coming here, he did a lot of research on the wildlife here in the alolan waters, so they won't experience any difficulty like this.
He opened his mouth and started to charge up a Hyper Beam.

Inside the submarine, the staff that had calmed down suddenly started to panic again as they see a powerful energy fluctuation right in front of them.
"SIR, trouble ahead, a massive energy fluctuation is forming right where the pokemon is. The energy is increasing by the second."
The operator informed.
The boss's expression turned from a frown to panic, as he wasn't expecting an attack from a random pokemon.
"Quick, activate the defensive force field!"
He ordered. The operator didn't think for a second before following the order. Suddenly a blue-colored energy field surrounded the submarine, but it looked like a giant ball of blue shield appeared out of nowhere.
Though they turned on their defensive shield, the panic inside the submarine hasn't calmed down.
"Sir, this is not good, the energy fluctuation keeps on rising. If this continues, the shield won't be able to deflect it."
The operator said with a worried tone.
The boss needs to make a decision quickly and the decision he made.
"Quick, start evacuating."
He ordered and got off his seat and power walked out of the control room followed by two lackeys that were standing behind him.
Following his order, the other operators started to relay the message for evacuation to other members of the submarine.
With 50 active members, along with the 10 operatives, started to evacuate. They rushed towards the escape pod but before they could even reach it; they felt a jolt, then an intense tremor that shook them to the core.
The very next second, they saw a bright beam pass right through them. Some of them got lucky as they were running close to the wall but the others weren't so lucky, the beam hit them and god only knows what happened to them.
The energy beam was so massive and powerful that it blew a hole half the size of the submarine from its head to tail.
