Chapter 90 - The Golden Eyed Spy

Time flew past like air and the little princess grew up fast, no matter how rough and stormy the weather was or where the little girl was, the golden eyed spy followed her throughout and kept track of her activities.

Nothing could stop him from protecting the little lady and from chasing his mate, he could not keep himself away from her in any case and to tackle such raging nature was a piece of cake for him.

The man spent those entire years diligently performing his tasks either it was to keep an eye on her or to protect the little princess under the wing of his love, and doing that spying thing while jumping from branch to branch hanging upside down like a bat and hiding from bush to bush in the cloak of camouflage resembling a chameleon.

The man was satisfied with his eagle eyes darted onto her and proud of his doings from watching over her as a baby crying loudly in a wooden cradle, to following her as she was closer to step into teenage and adopted the bullying nature till Syna turned fifteen and soon celebrated her sweet sixteenth birthday.

The golden eyed spy self invited himself in the birthday party, of course disguised as a waiter. He could not restrain himself from losing a chance to stay close to his mate.

"Who are you, young man?"

Benz stopped the man in mid way of the alley, he was dressed in the uniform of catering company, wearing a black necktie on white collared shirt that had pleats in the center, along with black jeans. The man was holding fresh juices poured in medium sized glass in a wooden tray as he was striding towards the front lawn, where the party was going on.

"Ah! Sir, I'm Brandon from catering services. I'm sorry for being a little late."

The man apologized immediately as he bowed a little, his head reaching to the level of Benz' tummy resembling to the greeting of Koreans, while Benz sensed nervousness in his emerald eyes when he lifted his head up, which held some kind of magnetic charm.

He doubted whether he was really from catering agency or not, and his gut feeling provoked him to conclude that it was a pity that while having such a handsome face and sharp features, he was just serving as a caterer rather trying in some modelling agency. It only needed a single pose and he could top the charts with just a sexy posture and there he could make every woman crouch down into his knees.

"Okay then, off you go. Keep your eyes open and be careful with the kids around you. They keep on running hastily here and there, sometimes doing things haphazardly."

The man went off heaving a sigh of relief while Benz' voice hit his ears from behind which force him to halt to listen, as he made the man cautious and told him to remain beware of the naughty kids. Because Brandon's fast pace could cause any accident, as the man walked out throughout the corridor taking big dignified steps,  light as a feather.

The lush green grass was grazed freshly while the purple bushes surrounding the four walls were neatly trimmed with expertise. The lawn was decorated with red party ribbons, wrapped around the tree trunks and hung from branch to branch to form a red roof above the heads of the guests.

A small  yellow board quite a contrast to red shade of ribbons, was also placed there in the entrance of the lawn in a corner as to notify the birthday girl's name written in bright red sparkling italic font, while the red heart shaped balloons were tied to the poles of the swings and a bunch was hung to the trees with invisible scotch tape, carefully chosen of Syna' favourite color.

A few round tables were placed for older guests in a vertical line close to a wall, while a white plain tablecloth veiled them, same decent sketching was done with the chairs. The sitting arrangement was solely done for older guests, which of course included aged neighbours and working staff of the orphanage with their families, that included two male cooks, a cleaning lady and a few more.

Little kids and other children were given a separate seating in the form of a long white cloth spread on the grass, as Mr Lorenzo knew that children cannot keep their feet stick in one place and nothing could stop the pulsating blood of the youth from wandering around and to explore the things that occupied their minds and aroused curiosity.

Brandon strode among the guests taking a view of the lawn and overlooking each person, as the man served freshly squeezed mango juices to the kids. The mysterious man pretended to attend the guests while forcing a smile on his thin cherry lips, but his alluring emerald gems were skimming along the lawn piercing through the cluster of people. It seemed as if the man was searching for somebody, his eyes were impatient so as his roaming muscular silhouette.

"Everyone, attention please."

Lorenzo arrived in the sight if the guests with a long stem glass filled with juice in his right hand, the man gently banged a silver fork on the wide crystal body of the glass which produced a noise, that garnered the attention of the guests along with the children.

"I'm very thankful to all of you, who arrived to be a part of my girl's birthday party and to give blessings to her. I hope you all are enjoying, cheer up, here comes the birthday girl to rock the floor!"

Lorenzo moved to a corner and emerged from the side of the lawn with Syna, as the little lady was coming in the center of the lawn, with her right arm slipped into his left and her left one into Lolita's right, both the ladies were draped into purple lavender frocks that resembled the beautiful fairy dressings as the myths predicted them.

The man became stunned upon seeing such a breathtaking little princess, then flabbergasted after witnessing his beloved mate at first sight, his eyes changed its color back to original as he forgot to blink. Luckily the mysterious golden eyed spy was standing at the back of the chattering crowd and everyone's attention was drawn to the birthday girl, no one saw the changing of his emerald iris to bright golden.

"Even at this little age you look so beautiful, my bride!"

Brandon' heart was leaping with joy as the man skipped a beat after another, when his eyes witnessed Syna cutting the chocolate flavoured cake, while Lolita stood by her side clapping and hooting cheerfully. Both the ladies hugged each other as the corners of their lips reached upto the eyes, their graceful smile was bright enough to lit anyone's saddened life.

The golden eyed man named Brandon, as he introduced himself watched the entire party while mingling into the crowd, as he continued to stare at her from time to time but kept his distance as it was not the right moment to appear in front of her, his eyes filled with love followed her from afar. He had kept an eagle iris on her and watched Syna grow up, with every passing year his love deepened for his beloved mate.

~~~~~
"Syna get up. You sleepy head open up the door and come down, we all are waiting for you on the table and are hungry."
Domenici, the poor soul was sent to call Syna downstairs on the dining table for dinner, and soon became impatient when she did not respond to him even after ten minutes.
The little boy knocked onto the door hesitantly, he was the one who feared Syna the most because she always had her way with him. Domenici, at first called out to her but when Syna didn't reply, he repeatedly knocked gently at the door not to showcase any disobedience or rudeness to her highness.
An empty stomach can provoke a person to do anything, Domenici soon became agitated and yelled at her while he banged loudly at the door as if was about to crush it down, well of course the impossibility remained there because of his slender silhouette. He could not attempt such a disobedient stunt towards the things of the delinquent queen of the orphanage.
A half sleepy yet horrendous looking lady emerged from the door, which she left a little ajar and peeked out with lifeless eyes to face Domenici. Syna levelled the poor guy with a scowl, her eyes became red around the corners and she replied to him in an assertive voice.
"I'm not hungry. Tell that to everyone and send Lolita up here at once, only her. Now move your arse from here!"
Syna yelled at him which left the kid to shudder under penetrating ruthless gaze, either she was really angry or she had cried, Syna did not look any less than a mad woman.
Only God knew what was the possible case, for what she scolded the poor soul again without any reason and her behaviour was definitely unjust.
"Oh-kay."
A terrified voice left his quivering lips feebly and he dashed off towards the spiral staircase, without looking back and barely walking but nearly falling.
Lolita arrived hastily and dashed upstairs immediately upon the call of her friend, with a worry creased expression infused with quizzes in her running mind and knocked on the door in rapid motion.
"Open up Syna. What are you doing and why aren't you coming down for dinner? Everyone is waiting for you."
Half dressed Syna peeked through the door with teary eyes, which made Lolita alarmed at once that something was definitely wrong with her friend.
"What happened to you? Why are you crying crazily, and where are your pjs? Why the heck are you only in your underwear? Talk to me, spout something girl! Why are you weeping, spit something for God's sake!"
