Chapter 155 - The Legendary Miss Li

Li Qin Yao's eyes brightened as she saw him standing at the entrance. She walked over to her side and smiled. "Why are you here?"

"Of course I'm here to pick you up," Zhang Yu Han lifted his hand to play touch a few strands of her hair. His lips curved into a smile as he felt that smooth texture against his fingers. "Did you have fun with Yu Ying?"

Suddenly, Li Qin Yao recalled Zhang Yu Ying's strange words and smile and quickly understood that it was Zhang Yu Han who asked his sister to take her to the health club. "You asked Yu Ying to bring me here?"

Zhang Yu Han answered her with a smile. "Weren't you worried that your skin would turn darker after spending too much time under the sun?"

Li Qin Yao stared at him speechlessly and wonder why did he remember such a thing. A few days ago, she had casually mentioned this matter, but she did not think that he would put this matter in his mind.

"Anyway, since you have some free time today, I hope that you can take time off and relax," Zhang Yu Han said. "Qin Yao, you have been working too hard ever since you got this project in your hand."

Li Qin Yao let out a long sigh. "I heard that this place was kinda expensive."

"You don't have to worry about that. The health club is in the discussion to collaborate with our hotel. So, they gave me some special price," Zhang Yu Han smiled. "In a few months, you can visit their club when you come over to our hotel. How was it? Are they good?"

"Hmm," Li Qin Yao nodded. With their whole body package, how can she not feel good? Then she looked at Zhang Yu Han and pouted.

"What's wrong?" Of course, Zhang Yu Han would notice her expression.

Li Qin Yao thought of how Zhang Yu Han would always buy her stuff and did not feel too good about it. Although money was not something that they both would worry about, Li Qin Yao had this thought that she was not a good girlfriend. Being the person who would always receive everything does not make her comfortable.

"You don't like it?" Zhang Yu Han asked when she did not say a word.

"Of course I like it," Li Qin Yao smiled when she saw the worry in his expression. "Zhang Yu Han, thank you."

Zhang Yu Han was immediately relieved upon seeing her carefree smile. "Should we go now?" He watched her nodded and then, put his arms around her shoulder and turned to the exit.

As they both reached his Cayenne, Li Qin Yao turned again and raised a brow. "Is it fine if I dressed like this?"

Zhang Yu Han gave her a look over. Then, he nodded. His smile was full of approval. "It's fine. You don't have to dress up too pretty. We're only going to see a few of my friends."

Li Qin Yao looked at him speechlessly.

Zhang Yu Han drove into the city and soon, they arrived at a fancy restaurant. He handed his key to the valet and led his girlfriend inside.

When the two of them walked into the private room, Zhang Yu Han friends were already gathered in the room. Seeing the five men gathered at the table all turned to her, Li Qin Yao gave them a polite smile before she glanced at Zhang Yu Han.

"Finally, we've been waiting for you for a while." Wei Jun Hao said. He looked at Li Qin Yao and smiled. "Miss Li, it has been a long time since the last time I saw you."

Zhang Yu Han helped to pull a chair for Li Qin Yao and sat next to her. "You already know Wei Jun Hao," Zhang Yu Han said. He then pointed at his friends who sat around the round table and began to introduce them.

The boys muttered a polite greeting before they all sat down and Wei Jun Hao signaled for the waiter to come in to serve their food.

"Finally, we get to meet the legendary Miss Li," Qi Zheng said.

"Legendary?" Li Qin Yao repeated.

Noticing that his friends were looking at him, Qi Zheng suddenly realized that he had almost slipped out the things that he was not supposed to say.

The boys had had long heard that Zhang Yu Han has been looking for this girl ever since he saw her at the basketball tournament, but they all have agreed not to say a word about this in front of their captain's girlfriend.

"Well, everyone here is just happy for Yu Han," Wei Jun Hao quickly tried to change the subject. "After all, this is the first time that he got himself a girlfriend. Congratulation on graduating from singlehood."

Zhang Yu Han groaned. "Wei Jun Hao, you should talk less."

Li Qin Yao glanced at her boyfriend and noticed his reddened ears. Slowly, her lips curved into a smile.

"Miss Li," Su Ming Yuan lifted the glass in front of him. "Let's toast for our first meeting."

Zhang Yu Han grabbed the glass in front of him and smiled. "Sorry. But my girlfriend does not drink. I'll drink for her." He then signaled for the waiter to serve a cup of tea for Li Qin Yao.

Seeing the look on Zhang Yu Han's face, none of the boys argued and they obediently tilted up their glass to drink.

"Miss Li, the five of us need to thank you," Su Ming Yuan said. "Fortunately, with Miss Li around, our captain has stopped asking us to come and accompany him for a round or two of a basketball match."

"Captain?" Li Qin Yao turned and saw Zhang Yu Han's lips curved into a small smile.

"Uh, this is what we call Yu Han," Wei Jun Hao said. "He was our captain during high school and after spending time with everyone else for a few years, we were used to it."

Hearing the boys mentioned their days in the high school basketball club, Li Qin Yao was intrigued. "How was he as a captain?"

The boys were suddenly reminded of their practice camp before the tournament and shivered. Zhang Yu Han was a good friend, but during practice, he can be stricter than their coach. Back then, their junior had labeled him as the devil behind his back.

"Ha!" Fang An Yu, who did not say too much since the beginning let out a chuckle.

Suddenly, every eye turned to his direction and followed by a long silence.

Fang An Yu began to notice that the atmosphere does not seem right. He looked around the room and noticed his friend's warning look. Knowing that he was in trouble, Fang An Yu turned to the couple and smiled. "Sorry. Don't mind me. I was thinking about something at work."
