Chapter 3248 Black Scale Lizardmen

Name:Monster Integration Author:Anwan

"How sure are you?" she asked after she had gotten her emotions under control a couple of seconds later.

"100%," I said with absolute confidence.

My clone had performed more tests and had accurate results. The fluids of the Grimm attached to the clothes are exactly twenty-eight days old. I could even tell what kind of Grimm it was and what level it had.

"Fuck, fuck, fuck!" she cursed before looking at me. I felt all the hair on my body stand up, feeling her gaze.

"Are you telling the truth?" she asked, and I smiled. "I am telling you what I found,"

"Whether you believe it or not it's up to you," I said, and her glare become even more intense. For a moment, I felt she would attack me before her gaze softened.

"I am sorry. The ruin had stressed me out a lot," she said a moment later. "I understand," I replied.

"If there isn't anything, I will be leaving," she said. I had opened my mouth to say no when I remember one thing.

"By any chance, have you come across an exit?" I asked, and she laughed, and it was melodic.

"I hope you survive, human," she said and disappeared. Moving at the speed, I could barely see. Soon, she disappeared, and I moved back toward the way I had come from.

This ruin had scared even a Sovereign; it couldn't make me think how long I will be able to survive.

Hun!

I had just traveled barely a mile when the woman appeared back in front of me, and her face wasn't as relaxed as it was a few seconds ago.

"You are right. The Spawns are here, and one group is coming toward us, so you better hide," she said and disappeared before I could ask anything further.

Her words have shocked me, but I did not let that stop me and immediately moved toward the collapsed building to my left. Every second, my soul sense moved with me, covering a large distance.

With Nero focused on the monsters, I would focus on the near hiding spots. I would always be looking at them.

Considering, I would barely a few seconds to hide, after a warning came from Nero.

Four seconds later, I was inside a collapsed building. It was not a perfect place, but I will have to manage. There is a better one ahead, but I do not want to spend too much time, lest I get discovered.

Buzz!

As I appeared inside, a formation came out and activated, while I closed my eyes and switched to Nero's vision.

He is moving toward where the woman had gone. It is dangerous, but he had methods that will make it hard for even a powerful Sovereign to discover him. Even if he was standing quite close.

For a few seconds, Nero did not sense anything, before he sensed the presence of the Grimms.

There is not one Grimms, but four of them. All of them are from the same tribe of Black Scale Lizardmen.

For a moment, I had got alarmed by their numbers, before realizing there was only one Sovereign among them, while the rest were the Peak Primary-III.

Among the three of them, one even had a bloodline.

Seeing that, my eyes couldn't light up, and I nearly moved from my place, but I had controlled myself and kept looking.

Soon, the red-haired woman appeared in front of the Grimm and it grinned, while the other three monsters began to take steps back rapidly.

The Grimms said something and moved, waved his hand, and a metallic pillar, taller than me, appeared and the runes on it lit up, before forming a large field around them.

"Stealth Field!" I spoke.

It is a stealth field; it will hide the magical signature and the visuals of the battle. It is not perfect, but as long as the monster is not too closer, they will not see what is happening.

It is a powerful artifact and very expensive.

Thankfully, Nero could see through it with no problem.

The red-haired woman spoke a short sentence before she disappeared from her spot and appeared in front of the Grimm and attacked with her left sword.

The Black Scaled Lizardman grinned wildly, before swinging its ax toward the sword at a speed I could not see. The only thing I saw is a clash before the woman attacked with her right sword.

They begin to fight with every passing second. It begins to get faster and faster; I wasn't able to see more than a blur.

"It won't end quickly," I said after watching the battle for half a minute.

With that conclusion, I asked Nero to turn to the three Grimms who were watching the battle from a safe distance. I watched them for a couple of seconds before I walked out of my hiding place.

What I am going to do is extremely dangerous, but I don't have a choice.

I need to get stronger and these Grimms are the ladder to it. Especially the one with the bloodline. I have to kill it and harness its bloodline. It is the only way; I would be able to get stronger and reach the limit faster.

I have already created the Inheritance and nearly finished with the treatment and now, the only thing I have to focus on is reaching the limit.

It will make me stronger and increase the chances of my survival. If I can break through into Primary-III, my chances of surviving will shoot up.

I moved toward the Grimms, circumventing around the battle. It is taking time; I had to hide for a minute, from the monster, before continuing.

Thankfully, the battle is still going on, and looking at how they have not brought even a single injury against each other. It is going to take time to finish, and that is what I am counting on.

It would be great if the red-haired woman could defeat the Grimm, but even if she did not. I would be glad if she kept it busy.

I would just need to kill them and run away. It sounds easy, but considering all three Grimms are Peak-Primary-III, it won't be easy.

Still, I will have to do it, no matter how difficult it is.

Nine minutes passed and the battle become intense. So much, if not for that artifact, a lot of monsters would have gathered around, but thankfully, not a single one had gathered.

Soon, I had reached the place I wanted to be. It was on the other side battlefield, closer to the Grimms, but not too close.

I took a deep breath and released a small spike of my aura and a few seconds later, two Grimms turned. They talked among each other before the two of them moved.

Among the two, one of them is the Grimm with bloodline.

After releasing the aura, I moved for nearly a minute and did not act as the Grimms discovered me. When I finally did, I put a scared expression on my face and increased my pace.

The Grimms seemed to know; I have discovered them and moved out of their stealth methods and started chasing me earnestly.
