Chapter 3436 Last Day II

I heard the buzz and appeared in a glass suit, with a big stage in front of me.

I am one of hundred people who had the suit and mine is the best one. It is very hard to get the suit; one needs their thing in a top hundred.

Mine is at the very top and even after so many days, nothing can dethrone that.

My physical body is not here, but a virtual avatar, which felt very real. It might mess up some people's perception of reality and fantasy for a minute or two.

This auction is different from other actions; there is no auctioneer here. We have to do it ourselves.

In the center, a thing would appear and those who are interested could be big at it, but the things that are only similar or above the level of things will be accepted.

Only if the owner of the thing didn't find what they were looking for; they can look at other lower bids.

The owner could also demand a specific thing.

It will be frustrating for quite a few people, but it is a fair system and I hope to snag a few things.

Every second, thousands of people are filling the colossal auditorium. One only needs a faint string of soul sense; they could do other things, like a selection ceremony, while attending the auction.

"Welcome to the action," a voice rang out.

A moment later, the flower appeared in the center of the stage. It is a blue rose with a white crystalline edge.

It is a black ein rose; Its name and properties appear around it. If I want, I could complete details about it and its uses.

Seconds passed, and there was no change; the rose just remained in the center of the stage.

Informed the voice and the rose disappeared and a moment later, another thing appeared.

This time, its owner had put a special requirement for the bottle of precious essence and people had ten seconds to bid on what they wanted.

If he didn't get what he wanted, he could accept a normal bid or take back his thing.

Eight seconds later, the bid disappeared. Someone had given them what they wanted.

Thing after thing appeared, and most of them sold; two among over a hundred things were taken back by their owners.

Once again, another thing appeared; twelve stalks of black mist grass. It is from me.

The moment the bid opened; a hundred and sixty-three options appeared in front of me.

I looked at them, before selecting thirteens and informing bidders of each other offer. Immediately, the change occurred, four bids remained the same, and nine increased their offer.

I rejected the four unchanged bids and once again informed nine people of each other's bids.

Six kept it unchanged, while three increased; I looked at six unchanged and was released to see my favorite bid increase.

So, I rejected the six and showed three people each other offer.

Second later, two bids increased, while one remained unchanged.

I selected the one that remained unchanged. It is the thing I want. While the other two increased, I have no interest in them.

With me accepting, the resources disappeared, and another thing appeared in its place.

Time passed, and one after another, things appeared on the stage. I have big for many but won few. The competition was extremely fierce and despite all the resources, I couldn't get the things I wanted.

I hope I will be able to get the things that truly matter.

Finally, the top hundred started.

There was not even a second of break, but it was fine.

In the top hundred, the number of bidders has reduced drastically. As the level of things was quite high; most of my bids weren't able to get past the system and got rejected.

Of the ninety bids, I was able to win only one.

The competition is just too fierce.

"The auction will resume in ten minutes," said the voice, before a new window appeared in front of me.

I was looking at it when I saw bids appearing for the tar soil. Three bids appeared and two were for special reserved units.

I have placed five units of cloud tar soul there with three reserved for specific things. These two bids contain the things I wanted to do big in the top ten.

I am sure those are the people who have bid for it, are the same who placed those two things.

Creation Element Water and Creation Element Air.

They are similar things to cloud tar soil I have, and I immediately accepted them.

Now with these two, I have three of four elements of nature. I only need a creation element fire and I would be set; it will increase the chances of my breakthrough's success tremendously.

It will also increase the quality of my core to an incomparable level.

If I don't get it, I will create it on my own and it won't be as powerful as three, but with these three, I will receive tremendous benefits.

Ten minutes passed quickly, and the auction resumed. This time, there was not a hint of worry on my face.

I got what I wanted and bid on other things, but I didn't get any. I only could tar soil my best resources; I have few others; I have them in much less quantity, that I couldn't truly use them to bid.

It is fine; I have already got the most important things I wanted. I am fine, without the rest.
