With his new skill learned, Milo opened his status screen and looked at the skills description, it stated that when activating the skill while focusing on a person or object it would give some information about the target. It was a very useful skill that went hand in hand with his ability to look at the abilities of others. In fact it looked as if it had a modifier attached thanks to the system. The modifier was called "Thief's eyes" ; it specified that this allowed him to look at the abilities of others. From this, Milo could conclude that the inspect skill was in a way etched into the system as if he was supposed to have it from the start.
After receiving the inspect skill, Milo decided to try it on both things specified by the description, an object and a person. His first target was a chestplate that was hanging up behind the service counter. It was blue in color with a silver trim and looked like it was intricately made. When activating the skill a window popped up.

Using the inspect skill, Milo could see many different things about the targeted item. He could see the quality, the durability, the armor rating, all the stats the armor granted, as well as any bonus skills the wearer would gain. It was something that no basic person could do. It took the skills of a master appraiser to be able to determine all the stats and options an armor boasted. And Milo could do it all from the activation of a single skill that had no cooldown. It was a cheat.
After testing it on the chestplate, Milo went on to test it on a person. He first tested it on Krista to see what kind of differences would be encountered when testing it on a person rather than an item. When using it, just like with the armor a screen popped up giving him information.

The screen that popped up showed much less than it had when he viewed the information regarding the chestplate. His only guess was that this was due to the system being unable to check information about another person's status screen.
After testing it a few more times, Milo was pleased, this was something that would greatly help Milo in the future and could also help him to determine which equipment would work the best for him.
After going out shopping, the group decided to return to campus, while Milo continued to try out his inspect skill. While doing that, he remembered that his Plunder ability was off cooldown, with this in mind he would also look for an ability that he could use with fusion.
