"It hurts" 

"I can't take it anymore"

The anger in his chest was gone, and with that the truth was complete. Ryan's eyes were emitting a red flame, eliminating all the hatred and fatigue that his body possessed in the form of power, as the flames increased around him, the fire turned to a lighter color. Half of his body was burning with black flames, while the other half was burning with a completely white fire.

Putting his hands together, that burning man concentrated all his energy and then flew towards the center of the eye. Before he could touch his opponent, one of the hundreds of flying serpents swallowed him. Its teeth closed around the human, but the flames were so intense that the snake's skin and bones melted on contact. 

The fire was spreading, passing from snake to snake. Until they had to stop touching, preventing the flames from spreading further. Watching those monsters fall from the sky, the human completely lost consciousness, and with that, the last stage was completed.

When Ryan awoke, he was in the middle of the desert of the abyss region. In front of his eyes were two dialog boxes, one was blue and white and the other was red and black. His body was completely invigorated, but there was a scar on the palm of both his hands. That was the only mark of what had happened, but he didn't remember feeling any pain or receiving any attacks on his hands.

The two windows were extremely similar. On one it was written that his heart was pure enough to act for the light, on the other it said that he had the hatred necessary to continue on the path he was following. 

Standing up, still a little stunned, he looked carefully at his two options. On either side of his ear, those two entities spoke to him again: "Accept my help, even in the midst of so much suffering, your heart has remained pure. I can help you find the answer" said the angelic voice.

On the other side, the aggressive voice said "You have hatred and a quest for power, keep following my side and I will show you what you are looking for".

Ryan nodded, and again clicked both windows at the same time. 

"That shouldn't be possible."

"How did you do that?"

The voices spoke, and within seconds, the entire area around Ryan disappeared. The sand took on a transparent form, until the sky, the ground, and everything in between that broke into hundreds of pieces, as if they were glass.

Then he disappeared.

Walking out of the red portal, everyone in that area was surprised by his presence. Ruri ran out and hugged him carefully "Are you all right?" she asked, but he wasn't listening.

In front of him, a white-haired girl appeared with tears in her eyes. And exchanging a look, he gave her a smile. "I just need some rest" he said. 

Ryan Whitemane sat down in the grass of that forest, Aether and John Wrynn was watching him from a distance. The rest of the guild travelers were still confused about what was going on, back and forth they were commenting on what was happening.

"How did that boy get stuck for two hours in a portal? I thought that was impossible. 

"In this business anything can happen, rookie. 

"He looks stunned

"He doesn't have any confrontation marks, there's no way he could have defeated a boss"

"So he finished the challenge alone without defeating a boss? Then why did the portal close?"

Looking up at the blue sky, Ryan tried to recover his memories. And little by little, he came to understand what happened when his body became unconscious. 'She controlled me' he concluded.

Lowering his head, he looked at the palm of his hands. 'They tried to pull me to their sides...' it was as if slowly he could remember the pain he had felt.

"What happened?" Ruri questioned, kneeling down beside Ryan. With a smile he said "I defeated the dungeon boss, but didn't get any good loot"

<What happened?> Nyx asked inside his head. Opening his system, he showed two windows to her.

'The human system and the demon system, even though I had mana, I still hadn't received the blessing to be able to use that'

The interface of the two systems were similar, but at the same time they were completely different. One looked a bit like the windows that all humans and travelers used, but at the same time it was more complex than the ordinary one. 

In the other interface, the entire structure of Ryan's demonic power had changed. It was much more complex than the version he formerly possessed. 

<I-I can't control it anymore> Nyx was trying to contact his system, but now she didn't have the permission to make changes or activate skills. 

"Ruri, can you get some coffee for me? I'm tired' he said, with a smile on his face.

Nyx, I need you to tell me every detail of the second world. We're in for a much bigger showdown than I ever imagined.

The succubus' body felt an unexplainable shiver at her master's speech. <Your eyes look different, master>

'Different?'

<Yes, but I can't explain what I see in you> The succubus stood up. And coming close to Ryan's back, she again crouched down and hugged his head. He reclined his head on her boobs, as she ran her hand through his brown hair. 

<You did very well, you are stronger master. But now it is your time to rest> she said giving Ryan a kiss on the head. 

Walking across the grass, the orange-haired girl gave a small smile. And then she turned to return the coffee cup "How could I wake him up" she said.

Ryan was asleep, lying on the grass with a serene smile on his face.
