With no one else in the mansion, David worriedly walked to Evelyn's room. It was unlocked, he just needed to push it to open it, then stepped inside.

Currently, Evelyn was standing beside her bed, pulling out Arthur's figure from underneath the mattress with her energy threads.

The young man was still conscious. Unfortunately, all he could show was anger.

"So, where are we going to hide this boy?" David asked Evelyn when he arrived beside her.

"Let's go to the backyard," Evelyn replied.

She took a step towards the door while continuing to pull Arthur's body.

David followed without asking any more questions.

Once they were out of that bedroom, they went to the back room of the mansion.

From there, they went to the backyard.

This was the first time for David to arrive at the backyard of this mansion.

However, the backyard was not very large.

Not far behind the mansion, there was a stone wall from bottom to top.

There was really only a dead end.

Evelyn continued walking all the way to the end.

David who followed her was not sure what she was looking for here.

However, she suddenly touched the stone wall at the end of the mansion's backyard.

Rumble!

It suddenly shook quietly.

After which, it split right at the area touched by Evelyn.

The split was from the top about two meters all the way to the bottom.

It then opened slowly, revealing a sizable room with many stairs leading underground.

In addition, there were rows of doors on the walls.

"What is this place?" asked David with a surprised expression.

"Just a secret family place," Evelyn replied with a faint smile.

"Are you sure you hid this boy here?" David couldn't help but ask again.

Since it was like that, David did not stop his steps, he continued to carry Evelyn's figure, entering the mansion again.

The sound of the music on the beach became louder, but it was still relaxing music.

Everyone was really busy there. Even when David arrived at the main room of the mansion, he saw no one, allowing him to calmly carry Evelyn.

To his surprise, when he arrived near the door of his room, she suddenly got off his hands but with her hands still on his shoulder. Even then she wrapped her arms around his neck.

After that, she leaned against the wall while pulling him along.

David rolled his eyes, wondering what was going through this woman's mind?

They were in the mood to make love, but they hadn't gone into the bedroom yet. They were still in the living room.

Even though everyone was outside, there was a chance that someone might come inside. They could be discovered if they stayed there too long.

"What's wrong?" David asked her.

He didn't think Evelyn wanted to make out with him there. She must have wanted something else from him.

"Who do you think is the most charming of all the women you've met?" She apparently asked back.

David was a bit surprised that she asked that question.

"You, of course," she replied.

This was a fact.

He had yet to find a woman more charming than Evelyn.

Some women might be as beautiful as her, but she was the most alluring. The thrill of being with her was also the most enjoyable, which was probably due to her identity as his first mother-in-law.

"Since you know that I am the most charming, before making love with me, give me some nice words first, whatever they are," she said with beautifully curved lips.

David rolled his eyes again.

Apparently, this woman wanted to hear his words first.

"I think I can safely say that if there was anyone strong enough to force me to choose only one woman, I would choose you," he replied, not objecting to giving her the pleasant words she wanted.

Whether that was his honest answer or not, he didn't know either, he was just saying what he could say. He didn't think he would go that far because Jane was a more important figure, and it was nothing to overthink because he was sure no one could force him to do that.

He was destined to live with many women.

Evelyn smiled wider at his answer.

After that, she pulled his neck until their lips met.

Because of the atmosphere, David no longer cared that they were making out where they shouldn't.
