87 Revive
Revive-name itself says what it means. Reviving any transcendental being could be done in any place as long as the person who reviving the others must be above the Early Emperor Rank cultivator....but a priest or pope or anyone who works under the temple, above Late Domain Rank could able to revive and it was due to the gods blessing their followers...its actually a good job that anyone could be a priest but you have to surrender yourself to the god.
Most people chose Temples and Churches as their Revive chambers because there was a common belief that by reviving in the Temple or Church, there was a chance that they may be blessed by the gods and also you can't easily find an Early Emperor Rank cultivator.
As they said before only transcendents or immortals are able to revive. But there was a catch, the Soul Crystal of that person must not be corrupted and according to their rank there will be a time limit, so within the period of time they have to revive or else they were considered as True Death.
Eli read about this during the one month in Division-1, that's he asked Adriana know she was above Monarch.
After hearing Eli's question, Adriana said,
"Yes, Who do you want to revive?"
"Well..." Eli said as he slightly moved to pick a bluish-white Soul Crystal which was shined before but now it only has a spark in it and showed it to them, "..This".

Both of them started at Eli trying to understand what he was going to do with the Monster once tried to kill him...no, almost killed him.
But Eli didn't say anything just waited for her reply.
"..."

Eli patted Scylla's head as she reluctantly raised from his chest as they went near Adriana.
Eli suddenly said,
"Is there a way to make a slave the monster?" with a hint of doubt.
He did read most of the things but he didn't clearly know how to make tame a monster.
Adriana momentarily stopped, then looked at him and said,
"I already doing that though, Master-Slave soul Contract"
"..." Eli raised his eyebrows but soon he smiled warmly and mumbled silently, "Cute".
But it was enough for Adriana, who blushed and returned to work while Scylla who was near him could hear his words as her eyebrows furrowed.
'If it is Lilith then her dark mana will corrupt the soul crystals but the funny thing is she could still revive them though they won't be the same person anymore, I don't understand why, though?....soul crystals are truly mysterious....' Adriana thought as she finished her drawing and asked him the soul crystal.
Adriana placed the soul crystal in the middle of the circle and channelled her mana. Then Circles started to light up. If it was anybody else they have to chant but Adriana did nothing because she was second to Lilith.
"Blood?" Adriana suddenly asked.
"Anything for you" Eli said gently as he tilted his head to show his neck.
"T-Thats N-Not it" Adriana suddenly blushed as glanced at Scylla's expression which had an indifferent expression.
"Then?" Eli was confused, he thought she wants to drink his blood due to hunger.
"In order to make a pact we need master's blood" Adriana carefully explained.
"Oh..." Eli 'O' his mouth then grinned as he showed his hand while saying, "I don't If you want to drink though".
"..." A glint passed through her eyes but Adriana controlled herself and said, "No...not now" in mosquito voice.
"Yes, Master" The cat bend down its body as if it already accepted Eli as its master...still its body trembling anger and fear.
Seeing this Eli smiled in amusement and ordered indifferently, "You can go out and sleep in the garden without disturbing others".
Heeding his order, The cat's body moved on its own even though the cat showed some resistance initially.
Eli noted it in mind.
Eli then looked at a woman lying on the floor, he ordered indifferently, "Wake up".
The woman's body trembled as it stood on its own and forced out her consciousness.
"..urgh....huh?...HUH?"
"Who are you?" Eli asked indifferently while Syclla and Adriana just carefully looked at her.
"My name is Prisania" The woman's eyes widened in shock as she stuttered, "W-W-What have y-you done to me?"
That woman had long silky pink hair, pink sparkling eyes, sharp ears, a spoon-shaped body and most importantly she has tiny cute wings sprouting on her head.
Eli frowned as he about asked but Adriana interfered,
"She already had a soul contract to another person....so even if she revived, her soul contract won't be removed. That's she was shocked to know that she was under another person's command" Adriana explained carefreely.
"...hmmm.." Eli nodded but again, "...that means.."
But before he could finish, Scylla said, "Only a Perfect Emperor Ranker would be able to remove the Soul contract...".
Eli glanced at Scylla and then looked at Adriana who had a smug grin on her.
Eli was amused by her grin and Eli glanced at the Prisania and ordered indifferently, "Tell me who send to assassinate me?"
"....Hmm...urgh....I-I d-don't know" Prisania was about to say something but soon her eyes lost color and then her eyes returned to normal as if she booted.
Eli frowned and looked at Adriana for answers about whether their master-slave contract failed or not but Adriana said, "A major advantage in soul contract is they can able to erase the memory of the person so the moment they lose the contract they get erased the memories related to them so...there is no way we get it"
Eli pondered a bit. Scylla interjected they could kill her but after seeing her Prisania pleading look and she only knows that she joined an assassination organization a few years ago and now she didn't even what its name or what she did.
Eli solemnly ordered, "Go to the next room and sleep until I call you".
"Huh?..." Before she could realize her body was already on the move as she shouted, "Wait, wait, give me a second..I will explain...ples...".
Eli noted this also as he could guess that he could literally control her body with a few words and he felt this was very dangerous.
Eli yawned as he grabbed both of the ladies and pulled them to the bed.
"Let's sleep" Eli said, putting them on his chest while patting their back.
"..."
"..."
They just went with the flow.
