Chapter 36: Dungeon Destruction (1)
I stood in front of the path to the west with the Machete in my left hand. The handgun remained firmly gripped in my right as I took in a long deep drag of the joint.
[Enter (Dungeon - Goblin Highway)?]
It was then that a familiar window opened in front of my eyes.
[The Strongest Dragon God System suggests that you do not enter the dungeon alone]
[The Strongest Dragon God System warns that the dungeon is dangerous and advises you to form a contract to get the required power to raid the dungeon.]
This bitch was back again? I thought it was gone for good, but it seemed it was not done yet.
"Why not make a contract with the cat next to me." I realized I had no idea about the cat's name. I looked at it as I exhaled the smoke of the joint.
"Hey, what's your name?"
"Mine? It's cat, boss."
Cat. It was efficient, I liked it.
I nodded and dismissed the message of the annoying system and looked at the window spread in front of me, asking if I was sure to enter the dungeon.
"Yes," I said without a trace of hesitation.
The faint barrier stopping me from stepping into the tunnel disappeared, and I stepped inside, the cat right behind me.
A bang resounded as the barrier formed again, and from the distance.
The sound of revving engines filled my ears.
The escape was blocked.
"W-what!?" The cat screamed. "Those! Those goblins!!"
The yellow of a goblin's disgusting eye shone in the dark of the tunnel as the rattle of bones followed.
"IT'S ON A BIKE!!"
"KERURURK!"
"KEKEKE!"
Bikes made of bones whirred closer, their engines howling in the tunnel. Three bandana-clad goblins raised their clubs as they closed in on me riding on their motorbikes big enough to crush a human under.
"Perfect. This seems fun." nove/LB(In
I took in another drag of the joint and raised my gun.
Bangs resounded as bullets shot through the air and slammed straight into the head of two goblins.
The one at the center screeched, its friends' bikes exploding.
The Goblin rushed closer and raised its club even higher.
"Come, shitty goblin."
I charged ahead at the same time and swung my machete to the side.
The goblin narrowly drove by my side and swung its club at my torso. I ducked down low and stabbed the machete in the wheels of its bone bike.
Strength stat at thirty wasn't to be underestimated. I knew because I felt it.
The moment Mana entered this world, I had become the biggest nightmare anyone would face.
With a grin, I pulled the machete up high and flipped the bike from the back.
"KRIE!"
The last of the goblins flipped over and slammed into the barrier behind, followed by its bike.
The bike exploded and sent smithereens of the goblin flying around.
With the Machete on my shoulder, I exhaled the drag of the joint and started walking ahead.
"Boss, you're pretty crazy."
"Really? Cause I swear it looks like these goblins are on bikes."
"Because they are!?"
"Huh, so it wasn't the weed."
Even better.
It was time for some dungeon destruction.
