Chapter 33 - He ain't really that scary

It didn't took them long to see all the stalls in Guang Town. It was a pretty small town. Most people would only pass it to restock some food or rest for the night, until they could be on their way again.

Ronglou and Huangyu was sitting down on a bench while eating some Baozi. Aside from the cool breeze, they could here some melodies coming from some restaurant or was it a brothel? Ronglou wasn't concerned about it. She was digging on her food at the moment. Aside from eating this, she also ate some Jianbing, Tanghulu and Roasted Sweet Potatoes. She was a foodie and always had been. She loves all kinds of food! Just that, she always hid it because it wasn't proper.

Her servant Huangyu was one of the few people that knew about it, aside from her family. Speaking of family, she missed them. She knew that she was being unfilial. The worst kind of daughter. In her past life, she devoted everything that she has, just to please everyone. Her family and the Imperial Family.

Ronglou giggled as she ate the last piece of her Baozi. "Yu'er, do you miss the capital?"

Huangyu finished her food too before replying. "Hmm. Not so much Miss. At first I thought that I would, but right now I don't. I am starting to understand why you wanted to run away. I feel more relaxed this days. We don't have protocols to go to or prepare for. Especially if you're going to marry the Crown Prince..." She shake her head. The Crown Prince's Palace would be more strict. She don't dare say it though. Fearing that someone would hear.

Ronglou patted Huangyu's shoulder and smiled. "He ain't really that scary. Just that.. He is too focused on his Kingdom." and his harem. Well, except for her. A slight pain could be seen on her eyes, it was gone in an instant.

Huangyu had been observing her Miss this whole time. Ever since they run away, she could feel that something happened to her Miss. What could it be though? This is what she couldn't figure out. Huangyu didn't wanna ask either, bringing unpleasant memories for her Miss was something she isn't willing to do. She'd rather follow her till their death. Even if her Miss orders her to kill the Imperial Family, she would willingly do so for her.

Ronglou stretched her arms out. It was a lovely night. Unfortunately, she can't stay long in this town. She needs to be on the road again. Only by being in the road would she feel secure. "Where should we go next?" Ronglou looked around. She didn't bother stopping by the jewelry stalls. All the beautiful jewelries in the world can only be acquired by the Imperial Family. Aside from food stalls and Jewelry stalls, there was also different kinds of trinkets and masks. As she walked near one for the trinket stall, she accidentally bumped into a person. When she looked up, her eyes shine. She smiled warmly and said.
