Chapter 69 - BaiFeng Academy

Tai Xingfu was about to head for the Academy Gate to fetch up his first (and who god knows from where) disciple when Elder He shouted from his name.

"Master?" He looked confused when he saw his Master running madly.

When Elder He caught up, he steadied himself next to Tai Xingfu and said, "The Academy Master wants us to go together. It seems like my grand-disciple really isn't an easy background. Let's go!"

Tai Xingfu's brows furrowed but said nothing. He followed his Master towards the Gate and waited for them to arrived. It didn't take long for the two and also, they were too eye-catching.

One man was dressed in white with a full subtle mask on and a young lady dressed in a tight fitted martial arts robe. The two seem to have come out from a painting. Even the nearby folks had to stop and stare at them.

The man in the mask had a resolute aura, powerful and mysterious. The young woman had a noble aura. It felt like she could rule anyone. The type of aura who was sure of oneself. Full of confidence and respect.

Tai Xingfu gulped down his saliva. Not only did he noticed this but also her countenance. He had seen countless women before. Commoners, Noblewomen, and Royalty. Yet, her face seems to stand out from anyone of them. Who was she? And why could she invoke such a response from him?

Next to him was no better. His Master, Elder He, was literally gaping! "Impossible! That's... That's...!" His hands were shaking as he held himself on Tai Xingfu's shoulder.

"Master?" Only then Tai Xingfu noticed his Master's reaction.

"That's the Heavenly Law Protector!" Elder He exclaimed.

"What?!" Tai Xingfu look back again at the white figured man. He really didn't pay attention much to him earlier. Looking back now, He could not picture that this man was the Legendary Heavenly Law Protector.

It was said that the Heavenly Law Protector is the number one Martial Artist in Zhenglin Continent! He lives for who knows how long and has unfathomable powers. Not only that, he wouldn't side to anyone unless the enemies are against the Heaven Will.

For him to be here and accompany this young girl. What are their connections? Just who was she?!

"Protector! Welcome to BaiFeng Academy." Elder He broke his thoughts when he welcomes the esteemed guests.

"Hmm." Su Wenshin hummed. As his identity goes, he hardly spoke to anyone. His Mask was a magical mask and could not be replicated. It also masked his real voice, he then would sound like having a deep voice. Unlike his usual melodic voice.

Elder He sweated his palms. "And this must be my grand-disciple. I am Elder He, may I know how to call you?" He smiled at the young girl.

"You can call me Fei'er." Yu Ronglou had used the same alias name that she gave to Gu Hongfe. I wonder how was he?, she thought.

He looked at the young girl and nodded. "This is Tai Xingfu, your Master." He pulled Tai Xingfu in front of his Grand-disciple.

"Please accept this bow GrandMaster He and Master Tai." Yu Ronglou bowed respectfully.

Tai Xingfu was still dazed when he was looking at Fei'er. What a nice name, he thought.

Seeing that the two youngsters were now acquainted, Elder He patted Tai Xingfu's shoulder. "Show your disciple around and I'll bring the Protector to meet with the Academy Master."

"Yes, Master." Tai Xingfu nodded and clasped his fist.

Elder He nodded and looked at the Protector. "Please, this way Protector." He gestured the Protector to follow him.

But he didn't followed instantly. Instead, he looked down towards the girl next to him and handed out something. "Take this."

Yu Ronglou accepted it and look at the newly acquired items. It was a jade token and a flute.

"The Jade token represents me. If you come into trouble or need any help, Just show this to any Emperor and they will know what to do. As for the Flute, You may use it to call for me. Anywhere you are, I will come find you." His deep voice penetrated the crowd.

Yu Ronglou stared wide-eyed at Su Wenshin. He was practically putting her under his wings! Protecting her from possible problems and troubles! What does this mean? Did he pity her this much and felt guilty towards her? Whatever the case was, she didn't declined it. Right now, she wasn't strong enough to protect herself. She wasn't like those independent women who would stubbornly decline.
