As soon as Yu Ronglou pocketed the items, Su Wenshin nodded. She didn't decline the things that he gave. For some reason, he felt happy and content. He was actually expecting her to decline. She had a lofty and arrogant personality when she first showed up, that's how he came to that conclusion.

"Protector, thank you for your graciousness." Yu Ronglou bowed. Su Wenshin smirked behind the mask. He didn't like the word Protector coming from her mouth. She had been calling him by his real name all this time. Suddenly being called "Protector", made it feel like their distance away.

Su Wenshin shakes his head inside his mind. What the hell was he thinking?! It must've been the guilt, he thought to himself. That's right, he felt guilty towards her. She had suffered so much in her past life. He could only help her this much, so as not to hinder the Heaven's Will.

Technically, she could still make her prophecy come true. Just that, it may not be with Xu Fengxin. The reason that he wanted them to be together is because of the favor he owed to the Late Emperor of Xu Kingdom. For something that involves love, he wouldn't be able to predict. He could only foresee what would happen on the Zhenglin Continent in general.

While the two were interacting, Elder He and Tai Xingfu were flabbergasted. It only shows how special the young girl was towards the Heavenly Law Protector! To shield her this much means that she held a place on the Protector's heart. The more they knew about it, the more they became curious!

Tai Xingfu felt a cold chill on his spine. What the heck was his disciple daydreaming about? Why does it feel so weird and scary?! He decided to clear his throat to get her attention. "Let's go. The day is not young anymore." Without waiting for her answer, he walked ahead of her.

Yu Ronglou smiled as she followed behind her new Master. "Master! Wait for me!"

Gu Hongfe sighed and sighed. He looked sad and lonely lately. He had been drinking for the past week and his siblings were worried about him.

"Sister, what do you think is Elder Brother's problem?" Hua Xingxi asked his sister, Hua Feixhu.

Hua Feixhu rubbed her chin and looked at their Elder Brother. "It's definitely a woman."

Hua Xingxi's gape. "No way! Elder Brother Hongfe is in love?!"

"Shush! Keep your mouth shut! If I am right and Elder Brother Hongfe is really in love. We need to help him! It's the least we could do for him. He spent most of his life looking for us and hiding from our family's enemies." Hua Feixhu sighed.

"Right! Right! We need to help Elder Brother! But how?" Hua Xingxi scratched his head. Between the two of them, Hua Feixhu was the eldest and the brain while Hua Xingxi was the youngest and the strength. Together, they help solve each other's problems. Plus, the two had good genes! They looks exactly alike and yet not. They complimented each other looks. Gu Hongfe's parents were a heavenly made couple and their enemies envied them, resulting to their deaths.

"Let's go find Brother Fu. He is Elder Brother's most trusted subordinate. He must've known something!" Hua Feixhu blurted her thoughts.

"Right! Right! Let's go sister!" Hua Xingxi pulled her sister towards the Guard's area.

Gu Hongfe sighed again. "Just where did she go? And why didn't she waited for me? I thought we were partners in crime! That stinking woman! After taking advantage of me (the accidental kiss), she just left without taking responsibility! I'll definitely show her what should be done! Just wait and see!" He then swigs a mouthful of liquor. Frustrated that the first woman who had awaken his cold heart had just left him without saying a word.
