Han ignored the fear on their faces as he stared at the merchant that looked like she wanted to jump into the water behind her. Is he that scary? He wasn’t even trying to scare them.

“What were you just saying about the king of this place?”

The merchant paled when she realized that she might’ve said too much! Is this man here to arrest her for talking against the king!? She never planned to slander the king’s name!

“I’m not here to arrest you. I just overheard some of what you said and I was curious. What were you saying about the king going missing? Here, I’ll leave this for you if you tell me everything. Let’s just take this as a trade with a mutual exchange if you would like that better,”

The woman calmed down a little as she realized Han wasn’t dangerous and she quickly began to talk once she saw the gold coin that Han dropped on the table! She told Han all about how the king hasn’t been seen for a week and nobody knows where he might’ve gone to. She also told him that the outer ring of the floor was still receiving more than enough resources to survive even if the king was missing!

Han asked the woman to explain what she meant by an outer ring. The merchant was a little surprised by the question because she could feel Han was very strong. Shouldn’t he already know about this floor? But even still, she didn’t mind saying everything she knew. This floor was divided into two rings. An outer ring and an inner ring that are separated by a large wall. The inner ring was where the king and the nobles lived and the outer ring was where the commoners and soldiers lived. Nobody was ever allowed into the inner ring. Only those given permission by the king could go there. Han scoffed. What a perfect floor for a coward to live on. He is even hiding from the commoners like a rat.

But even though the inner rings and outer rings were separated like that. The commoners were given hundreds of goods and free weapons every month. It seems that Ratte was still taking care of his subjects very well. That was one of the reasons why this floor was designated as a peaceful floor. Since it was ruled by a king that never involved himself with the commoners, the people were then the ones that formed the government themselves. There was fair trade and things were very calm.

And even if he is very strong, the castle was made of premium mirthyl, one of the strongest metals on this floor. Only a white star will be able to even push the door open and to break it was impossible! Han will never be able to get in!

Boom!!!!!!!

The guard actually sweatdropped as he heard something hit the door with phenomenal force! A loud groan echoed across the room before the almighty door began to fall to the ground and landed with another large boom!

No way. Did King Han just kick our door down? Like it’s a toy!? What the actual fuck!?

Han began to walk into the building and the people there all gulped. Han was unapproachable. His mere aura formed a wide space around him that nobody dared to even get close to. He was walking with a glare on his face and the guard were too scared to even raise their weapons!

Gregory walked beside Han as all of the guards began to part like the red sea to allow them through. Gregory walked until he got to the other side of the guards before he then stopped here and allowed Han to continue forward on his own. Gregory just turned and faced all of the guards that were still cowering in fear. Once Han was gone, Gregory saw how the guards calmed down just like he expected them to. Han’s bloodlust was just too strong for anybody to try attacking him at that moment, but just like fucking hyenas, these people will start gaining back their confidence once the strongest predator is gone.

One of the guards looked at Gregory’s hand and saw he was just a white star. All of the guards there were white stars and there were almost a hundred of them with even more of them coming to help them soon! They can surely take this man!

“Please...”

The soldiers felt a shiver run down their spines as Gregory finally spoke. Gregory’s voice was chilling enough to make ice freeze. His scythe was lying across his shoulders and his two hands were resting on them as he smiled.

“.... My king is not to be disturbed and I’d advise you against trying your luck with me. But if you truly wish to, then I won’t stop you. After all, just like death, I am a benevolent being. I treat all things impartially,”

The image of a giant Grim Reaper appeared behind Gregory and all the soldiers took giant steps back as they felt like their lives would end at that moment. It felt like if they take a step forward then the grim Reaper would harvest their souls!
