Before leaving for his off-planet mission, Legolas gave Blade and Christensen another mission to accomplish before the Cosmic Cataclysm.

After taming all the surviving primordial beasts left of the apocalypse, in a sense, Planet Darvis ceased to be a planet that was ravaged by an apocalypse.

Also, it opened up a whole new avenue of strengthening the warriors of Planet Darvis. By taming the primordial beasts of the apocalypse, the wild which took up the majority of land in Planet Darvis finally came under their control.

Through the primordial beasts, they could control the other beasts.

This was what pushed Legolas to the idea of empowering every warrior with these beasts. The same way that he did through the Guardian Komodo Dragon and the primordial beasts, every Super had the innate ability of taming a beast.

But now, with the primordial beasts on their side, all the beasts of the apocalypse literally became domestic beasts to them.

Legolas tasked Blade and Christensen with empowering the warriors of Planet Darvis with these beasts. If every warrior in Planet Darvis had a powerful beast companion, their resistance in the apocalypse would be much tougher.

Since Legolas left, this was what Blade and Christensen were up to, trying their absolute best to let more warriors in on this truth and empower them.

Today, they finally decided to empower Uranus and as their master's only child, of course Uranus would get the best of the lot.

The target for Uranus was a Grade C Sand Worm.

Champion Onana reacted by letting his mechanic suit levitate higher as he finally addressed the others. "I have found it".

The next moment, a mighty sound reverberated through the desert.

"ROARRRR…!!!"

The mighty Sand Worm was disturbed and its reaction was an angry one.

While it roared, the ground opened the next moment as an absolutely gigantic maw with thousands of spear-long and razor-sharp teeth emerged.

None of them panicked.

"I will take care of it". Blade volunteered.

While Christensen took Uranus up, Blade dived into the exposed maws of the Sand Worm. As soon as he dove in, the Sand Worm closed its mouth.

For a few seconds after that, there was silence then the storm followed.

Bam! Bam! Bam!

Blade's explosively powerful Pugilist energy literally tore the Sand Worm from inside out, leaving it incredibly injured and paralyzed as it roared in pain.

With the Sand Worm incapacitated, Blade finally turned to face Uranus.

"Come forward to tame it".

Uranus nodded and walked forward. As he walked forward, he remembered all of Blade's lessons. Blade already taught him exactly what to do, using the example of his uncle getting the Nine-Lives Cat, he went to work.

As soon as Uranus touched the dying Sand Worm, he was pulled into the battle of the mind. Since he was prepared for it, Uranus' reaction was impeccable.

Their fight was legendary but thankfully, it was mostly a mental battle.

Having inherited the willpower and life experiences of his father and a lot of higher ups of the ancient Titan Empire, Uranus' mental power was immense.

The struggle lasted 5 minutes before ending with Uranus' victory.

As the Sand Worm started healing after being fed a pill, Uranus mounted it then he shouted his war cry. "I am ready for war!"

Despite being only a Grade D Super, Uranus got a Grade C tamed beast.

Fascinated, while Blade and Christensen paid a lot of attention to the Titan boy, Champion Onana finally bid his farewell and returned to the secret mechanic workshop where the finishing works already started on the Heavy Cruiser.

On seeing him, Ella smiled. "I believe we can finish it today".

"Let's give it our all".

"Yeah". Champion Onana grinned.

After months of non-stop work, the new Heavy Cruiser by Ella already stood in its full glory, all that remained was the finishing touches in the more intricate parts of the Battleship like the engine and the power reactor.

With Ella taking the lead, work started.

They spent 5 hours working non-stop on the Heavy Cruiser after which it could finally be presented to the world as the latest Heavy Cruise of the alliance.

That same day, President Shanks organized a naming ceremony.

After celebrating the occasion with drinks and refreshment, President Shanks took on the duty of naming the newest Heavy Cruiser of the Darvis Navy.

"This Heavy Cruiser shall be called…, The LumberJack".

The celebrations lasted for a long time, it was not just about the naming of the Heavy Cruiser, it was also about how much the Planet had grown.

After taming the primordial beasts, they could finally expand their base of operations to all corners of the planet to properly fortify it. From weeks ago, works started on expanding the territory and life options available during the Cataclysm.

Now, not only were more planetary defense measures made in these locations, more hidden shelters were also created to hide the civilians.

While the celebrations continued, that evening, another secret meeting of the higher-ups in Planet Darvis was held to be spearheaded by President Shanks.

President Shanks led the proceedings. "It's already been more than 5 months since we became allies. According to Champion Onana's estimates, the Cosmic Cataclysm will likely commence in just 2 weeks from now".

"I called this meeting to ask for updates on our preparations".

"Also to know if anyone of you have gotten message from Legolas".

With that, the meeting kickstarted.

While the meeting continued, at the Giant Nak Fortress above Planet Darvis, one of the engineers responsible for making this gigantic structure of engineering suddenly woke up from his nap as he started walking around.

Cleverly evading all the surveillance cameras by using maneuvers and hacking technology, he soon found himself inside the control room of the base.

How he was able to get the clearance to come here was a miracle!

Inside this special control room, this engineer shut down all the planetary defense measures installed on the gigantic asteroid.

Nobody was alerted as he continued his sabotage work.

At the 2nd hour after he started working, alarms rang across the base.

Wom! Wom! Wom!

As soon as the new Commander of the Giant Nak fortress ran to his Command chair, the first thing he noticed was the defense measures that were shut down, then he saw what seemed like an army of locusts.

This was an army of locusts that was already before the gigantic asteroid.

This army was one formed by giant Bugs…, Space Bugs!

His eyes widened in sheer shock.

"THEY ARE HERE!!!" He screamed at the top of his voice as instantly, the whole Giant Nak Fortress geared to life.

After 5 months plus of waiting, grinding, and preparing, the Cosmic Cataclysm was finally here, 2 months early.
