Sitting down on the bed, Jinhee stared at the ceiling whilst lost in thoughts. Taehee was going to come in few hours, and then, Jinhee could go back to the dorms.
Due to this incident, she had missed a week's worth of lessons, and it would be difficult for her to catch up on them.
Jinhee sighed.
That's when, her phone rang. Turning to her left, Jinhee took the phone with her left hand and received the call after checking the caller's ID. The call was from Lee Dowon.
Seeing the name bought a smile on Jinhee's face, and she spoke out, "Grandpa Dowon, how are you doing?"
"I could've done better if it weren't for you!" Lee Dowon yelled out in the phone, and due to how loud his voice was, Jinhee had to hold the phone at a distance from her ear.
"What's the matter, Grandpa Dowon?" Jinhee questioned in a soft voice— afraid of angering Lee Dowon further.
'Could it be that he had found about this incident?'
"You're asking me what the matter is!? I should be asking you on that. You got into such a huge accident, and you found it unnecessary to inform me about it?" Lee Dowon scolded.
'Yup, he definitely found out about it! But how? Wasn't this only known by few? I told Taehee to not spread it to others.
Thinking about it, Taehee even informed the Min family about it when she doesn't even know that I'm related with them. I need to ask Taehee about this.'
"Why are you silent now?" Lee Dowon questioned.
"How did you find out about it, Grandpa Dowon?" Lee Jinhee asked nervously.
"So, you're planning to hide this from me? Anyways, how are you doing now?" Lee Dowon voiced out.
"It was a small accident, and the injuries I have received are small so I found it unnecessary to disturb you with such a trivial matter," Jinhee replied.
"Take care of your health better, and keep me updated on everything no matter how trivial you find them to be," Dowon spoke out, "Do you need me to hire few bodyguards for you?"
"Of course not, Grandpa Dowon," Jinhee answered, "That would be unnecessary when I'm perfectly able to take care of myself. I was just a little careless this time."
If Lee Dowon were to arrange a bodyguard for her, the bodyguard would update him on everything happening with her.
When Kwon Youngmi would join and start to antagonize her, Lee Dowon would worry too much and might take reckless decisions.
"Alright then. I won't force you to, but next time, something like this happens, I'll either bring you here or hire you a bodyguard."

A bright smile formed on Jinhee's face. Today was the day she was finally getting discharged, and leaving this boredom was something Jinhee was very much looking forward to.
Wearing her black sneakers, Jinhee bent down a little to tie the laces. Wincing at the pain that went through her back, Jinhee closed her eyes for a second.
Then, using her left hand, she held one of the edges of the lace, and carefully with her right hand, she picked up the other side.
A sharp pain went through her right hand as she attempted to tie the laces, and she immediately drew back her hand.
Sucking in the warm air, Jinhee attempted to tie her shoelaces once again. However, her injured right wrist made it difficult for her.
Lee Jinhee was somewhat surprised when she saw a shadow appear in front of her. Han Taehee leaned down in front of her, and looking up, she flashed a smile towards Lee Jinhee.
Taking the shoelaces from Jinhee's hand, Taehee stared down at them and tied it in two knots. She did the same with the other shoe before standing up straight.
Raising her head, Jinhee said, "Thanks about it."
"Let's get going, alright?" Taehee spoke out as she handed Jinhee the crutches.
Nodding, Jinhee stood up with Taehee's help and supported herself with the pair of crutches.

Staring at the serene scenery outside whilst the car drove, Jinhee wore a smile on her face. Her heart felt quite light today, and she wanted to smile more.
"You can't be at the dorm alone, and since I'd have to be home for few important matters, we'll be going there. You can stay over at my place unless you want to go to the Lee's mansion," Taehee voiced out.
If truth was told, Jinhee can not take care of herself on her own, and at her so-called family's mansion, it would be difficult for her to get one second of peace.
There was no one else Jinhee could turn to, and since Jinhee was at a dead end, Jinhee nodded and accepted Taehee's offer.
"Thank you once again," Jinhee voiced out, "I can never repay the favor."
"My silly little squirrel, did I ask for that? As long as you give me your heart, I'll be happy." Taehee winked.
Taehee's sentence made the smile on Jinhee's face go wider, and realizing that, Taehee's eyes grew brighter.
"I made you smile wider," Taehee voiced out— joy noticeable in her tone. After all, her little squirrel showed no objections over staying over at her place.
"That's because you've made a stupid remark," Jinhee retorted.
"It's not. I swear winning your heart is harder than acing exams without studying," Taehee commented.
Jinhee arched her eyebrows.
"You never study so that's irrelevant," Jinhee expressed.
"Wow! Is that what you think?" Taehee pretended to be surprised.
"Although I don't study the things as you all, I do study," Taehee added.
"What do you study then?" Jinhee questioned.
Taehee coughed and mumbled, "Your body."
Irked— that's what Taehee's answer made her feel like, and Jinhee exclaimed out, "Yah! You pervert! What did you just say?"
Grabbing the pillow from the back of her head, Jinhee threw it at Han Taehee, and efficiently catching the pillow before it hit her face, Taehee gave a playful smile to Jinhee.
"Your mood swings, your expressions and everything else about you, so that I can steal the key to your heart."
Hearing Taehee's answer made Jinhee cough, and she replied, "You should find yourself a boyfriend."
"Why should I do that when you're there for me?" Taehee questioned with an innocent expression on her face.
"That's not the same thing, Han Taehee, and stop flirting with me," Jinhee voiced out, "Wait! Do you actually like girl instead of boys?"
"I thought I made that clear," Taehee muttered.
Smiling at Jinhee, Taehee spoke out, "Neither do I like girls nor boys, it's only you whom I like."
A serious expression sat on Taehee's face as she voiced that out, and Jinhee stared at her with shock present on her face.
Although she was used to such answers from Taehee, the genuine expression of Taehee's face made Jinhee feel as if her confession was real.
She was clueless on how to respond.
