"Roar!"

Gaorath roared, unleashing dark orange orbs of flames and net, but Erix once again easily escaped, a leisurel expression on his face.

*Boom!*

And then a blast rang below Gaorath's feet, exploding out of space and turning his legs into mush as he issued another painful roar.

'J-just one hit...'

Gaorath gritted his teeth, using his flame-based domain with an abundance of flame in beastly shapes as they chased Erix.

But Erix remained untouchable.

With one hand wave, he could forcefully alter the incoming attacks.

With another wave of his hand, he could send his attacks right near Gaorath, blasting him with skill technique punches of Nihilir energy and injuring him further.

The sky and space cracked as his domain broke, and both appeared outside.

Gaorath's body failed to hold up as he fell, and the Scythe vanished after pouring its power into Gaorath, sealing his fate.

[You have gained 2.1 Patron points.]

Erix was surprised at getting more Patron points than usual, but he put away for now upon additional guests before him who looked like the same racial tribe of Beastfolks as Gaorath and raised his eyebrows.

"Are you here for revenge?" Erix asked while waving his hand to produce a gust of wind physically, scattering Gaorath as he had turned entirely black and deader than dead.

His body broke into motes and scattered away while Erix received Death Specs.

"I don't think they are foolish enough to take up on that," Lilith said, her eyes and lips smiling. "Right?"

The lion-man with Empyrean-order power base looked ashen for a second before he said with a suppressed voice, defeat evident in his tone.

"We have nothing to do with Gaorath. Sorry to disturb you."

"Let's go."

After they left, the group continued moving into the city's lively part and arrived at the huge market.

Markets were the biggest and most important areas of most cities in the Abyss.

"We'll find plenty of garbage to burn here," Lilith said as she walked ahead of the group, leading them.

"The first is the underground slave house. It's handled by the strongest guild of this city."

After all, they needed to find some pieces of trash, provoke them, and kill them.

After an hour....

They obliterated the entire market and freed all slaves. Each kill of the hunter there granted them 1 or more Patron points.

Only a few hunters along with the leader were left, but their courage was leaving their bodies as the group approached them in the huge underground hall.

However, Rin and Erix were surprised to see a familiar figure from Earth standing among them at the back, looking like a servant.
