Chapter 191 - To Leave A Lasting Impression.

The two other junior secretaries were standing right in front of her desk with a smirk on their faces. Etsuko and Aiko decided to play a prank and hang up the call that was on hold. From the look on their faces, they were proud of what they had done. 

They didn't care who was on the other line; the only thing matters to them were, to accomplish what they set out to do.

"Hahaha! How I wish I could see the face of that 'bitch' when she picks up the call, and no one is on the other line." Etsuko proudly said while her eyebrow raised.

"Hahaha! I know, right! Same here, I wish I could see the dumb look on her face." Said Aiko as they walk back to their desk to continue working.

"I couldn't believe this bitches' they have the guts to go against the lady boss. Hahaha! If you guys only knew what you're up against, you would pee in your pants." She mumbles as she turned around to inform Ashley of what she had seen.

However, when she arrives back inside the CEO's office. Ashley was on a call already to the legal department, asking for the head of the secretary. She decided to stick around, wanting to know the result and hoping at the same time that her lady boss visa is finally approved.

Ashley had turned on the speaker so Tiny and Fumika could hear the conversation. She wanted to share with them the news, good or bad.

The secretary of the legal department replied shortly. "Legal department head secretary, speaking. How can I help you!" She replied sharply. However, when she realized that it was Miss Gusman calling her back, her voice suddenly becomes respectful.

"Miss Gusman, I apologize that I hung up the phone for a moment. I had to go to the ladies' room. Unfortunately, I couldn't hold it any longer." Explained the head secretary.

"Oh,' it's alright! No big deal. So' why did you want to speak with me? I hope it's about my visa?" All three of them holding their breath as they waited for the head secretary to reply.

"Yes, ma'am! I called to let you know that your visa has been approved and also your new passport as per CEO Jones requested." She sounds very respectful. 

"I was planning to take it to you personally. Unfortunately, I'm the only here right now, and I know how important this news to you. So' if you want to send one of your junior secretaries..." She didn't get to finished what she was saying. Ashley interrupted her.

"Thank you! No need! I will go there myself, give me a minute and I will be down there! It's shameless of me to make you come all the way here for my doc.u.ments." She was so excited that she forgot her position. 

" Oh, my! No, ma'am! It's my pleasure to be at your service. Please, give me a moment. Once one of my junior secretaries returns, I'll be right over. I beg you! Don't come down here personally, and I don't want to lose my job." The head secretary begged, in which she couldn't understand why?

"Alright! Alright! Don't fret, if you insist... -It's fine with me. In case I wasn't here when you arrived ... Please give it to one of the junior secretaries. Is that alright?"

The head secretary was even more shocked when Ashley said to leave it to one of the junior secretaries. She was in frantic, "Ma'am, what in the world! I cannot leave your legal papers to the secretaries. This is a private matter!"

Tiny and Fumika saw that Ashley's brow risen and it seems she's getting irritated by the minute. It must be her hormones acting up, and they are worried she would blow up any minute. Tiny decided to intervene before it happens.

"Miss, it's Tiny. Do you know me? "He asked the head secretary seriously.

" Yes, sir, Tiny! You're CEO Jones's head bodyguard. What can I do for you?" She asked curiously.

"I will be the one coming down there to retrieve the doc.u.ments. Is that alright? Ma'am has not eaten her lunch yet and after she has an appointment to attend. So' she doesn't' have time to wait for you or come down to get it herself. What do you say?" His voice very calm while patiently waiting for her to reply.

The head secretary thought about it for a moment. But, instead of replying, yes or no... " Sir Tiny, if you hold for a moment. Let me check with my boss first if that's acceptable. Hold on!" She swiftly went to the office of her boss.

A few minutes later, the head secretary was in line again. "Sir, Tiny! My boss said you could come down anytime." She sounds like she ran a marathon, still trying to catch her breath.

"Thank you!" Tiny response before quickly heading out the door to the legal department. 

Ashley continued her conversation with the head secretary, giving her all the details of her trip to America.

As soon as she finished speaking with the head secretary, she prepared to return to Koji's office. Fumika saw this and was concern that she had not eaten her lunch yet.

"Ma'am Ashley, I'm sorry to interrupt. But, I couldn't help hearing what sir Tiny said that you had not eaten lunch yet. Please, for the sake of that!" She was pointing at Ashley's stomach. Please, take a couple of bites, at least." She pleaded.

She stared at Fumika for a moment and about to say, 'mind your own business!' But changes her mind. After all, Fumika was only concerned for her unborn child's well being. Therefore, she decided to listen; she sat back down in front of the coffee table where the tray of food was.

Fumika stayed to make sure that she ate her fill. Once she was finished eating, the girl was quick to take the tray to bring it back to the office kitchenette.

As soon a Fumika left, she prepares to return to Koji's office. She was rushing to go, in case they have another appointment to attend. As she stepped out of Tanaga's office, she saw that Aiko and Etsuko secretly made a meaningful glance at her directions. But, they didn't acknowledge her as she passed by on the way out.

Fumika, who was already working, stood up and bowed to pay respect to her as she passed by.

"Have a nice day, Miss Gusman! Don't worry; we will hold the port while you're out. If you need me for anything, please! don't hesitate to call me." 

"Thank you!" Ashley replied with a smile as she looked at the other two junior secretaries who didn't even greet her. It was apparent that they were ignoring her intentionally. 

She didn't care one way or the other. Instead, she decided to ignore the two bitches and left after giving Fumika a few instructions.

She was rushing back to Koji's office. Now that she knows her visa was approved, she wanted to do the best she can to assist him for today. This will be the last day she would be helping him and she wanted to leave him a lasting impression.

Unknown to her that she will be leaving him more than a lasting impression, she would be breaking his heart in the process...
