Chapter 227 - Arthur

When Tanaga noticed that his wife was in a bad mood, he felt some worry grow inside of him. He knew that when she was in this state, it meant that she was mad.

"Love, are you okay? Why are you pouting? Tell me, If you don't tell me, how would I know what's wrong?" Asked Tanaga while it showing how concern he was.

"HMPH! Who wouldn't be mad at what you have just done? You made it seem like I am about to be executed. What is this? My last supper of desserts? Tch!" Ashley retorted before pushing the dessert towards the center, leaving only the cheesecake with her. Before she began eating with gusto.

"HAHAHA! HAHAHA!" Tanaga laughed loudly at his wife's actions. For him, she looked like a child throwing a tantrum. At the same time, he found it cute.

"Love, I'm just joking, thank you! I thought you were going to eat all of them, and you weren't gonna give us any. He tried to regain his composure but failed.

"You know what I'm afraid of? If you eat all of this, maybe even before we go back to Japan, you might inflate like a balloon. Grandma Hanada won't be able to recognize you then. HAHAHA!"

"Tch! Hey, what are you trying to say? Do I look like a glutton? I just thought that they are all delicious, but that doesn't mean I will eat them all!" Ashley pouted before grumpily eating her cake.

Tanaga picked one of the desserts before pushing the leftovers to the two men. "Here! Since you bought too many sweets, eat all of it, you two! What do you think of my wife? A glutton?" Tanaga had a grinned glued onto his face.

The two accepted the desserts in front of them. "Thank you, sir, ma'am! We will enjoy this," Sato energetically replied with a wide grin. He intentionally bought the desserts he liked. He knew that both his male and female bosses weren't binge eaters, so he had expected his boss to say that. Only one outcome was likely, and he wasn't wrong – all of the leftover desserts were to be eaten all by Tiny. 'Yum, yum!' he thought as he started to eat.

A few moments later, they were all busy eating and relaxing.

Sato and Tiny were quiet and busy filming the couple without them knowing. They pretended to be working using their phone, but they were recording while facing the couple.

The couple was happy; they were even spoon-feeding each other. Because of the scene, Sato couldn't help but feel the warmth of it, and he also couldn't wait to send the film to Grandma Hanada. Tiny was the same since he knew that Butler Ruffy was waiting for the recording to be sent.

The four of them happily chatted away as though they were friends, instead of the master-servant relationship they had. Tanaga was enjoying their bonding for the first time in his life. Tiny, who was known to be shy, was also starting to speak more and joke around.

Sato was very comfortable and kept telling stories of his experience since he and Tanaga arrived in America. Ashley was busy eating the cheesecake while listening to Sato.

When they finished, they walked towards the valet parking. The couple was adorable – Tanaga hugged his wife like a child holding his favorite toy. In turn, Ashley surrounded her husband's waist with her arms, while leaning her head to his chest.

As they stood to wait for the car to arrive, somebody grabbed Ashley and pulled her away from Tanaga. Both the couple exchanged shocked looks before Tiny immediately tried to pull Ashley back from the person who still held her arm tight.

"It's you! I thought my eyes were playing tricks with me, but when I heard your voice, I knew that it was you! What is the meaning of this?" exclaimed the man.

"Elder brother!" Ashley began. The man was Captain Arthur Gusman, Ashley's elder brother. "How? Why are you here?" Ashley didn't know what to do after realizing who the person was.

When Ashley saw Tiny coming near and ready to defend her, she raised her hand to stop him. Tiny stopped and stood back next to Tanaga, who was still stunned at what was occurring.

Because of how fast things happened, Tanaga didn't have the chance to stop Arthur from pulling Ashley away from him. He was about to take her back until he recognized the face of the person who pulled his wife.

"Well, hello to you too!" Those were the only words that escaped Tanaga's mouth as he faced his brother-in-law.

Arthur's face was reddened out of anger while still holding his sister. "Little sister, explain to me what I'm seeing right now! Does this mean you two are together? Are you sure you're not being forced since he's the one who helps us have a job?" Arthur asked his little sister, completely ignoring Tanaga.

"Elder brother! My arm… your grip is too tight," Ashley cried while slowly removing her brother's hand from her arm.

"Sir- ma'am! The car is already here!" yelled Sato, who was unaware of what was happening. He was too busy flirting with the valet guy. When he saw Arthur tightly gripping his boss, he screamed," Jesus Christ! Tiny, help our ma'am!" He then charged towards Arthur.

"Sato, it's all right! Let's all get out of here. We gathered way too much attention. Shall we?" Tanaga declared to the siblings, while he pulled his wife back and swung his arm around her shoulder.

Arthur was about to take back his sister, but he felt something coiling around his arm.

"Bro, if I were you, I wouldn't do that. After all, you don't know how scary the boss is when he's angry. Don't be afraid – your little sister is in good hands. Come on, let's all go together so that we can enlighten you," Tiny warned Arthur, who still could not believe what he witnessed. Arthur wasn't sure if this was a terrible idea or not.
