Chapter 250 - He's Not My Son

"Sorry, Grandma, I was so excited. Hehehe!" Tanaga had stopped filing food on Grandma Hanada'a plate and sat back down to continue eating. He was eating like there was no tomorrow, and Ashley loved every minute of it as she watches her husband breakfast.

However, Grandma Hanada receives a shock as she saw Tanaga holding a spoon and a fork instead of chopsticks. When he saw that he was enjoying himself using utensils, she copied it and grab the spoon and fork in front of her and start to eat.

Everyone was thrilled celebrating the belated new year. Especially the Butler Ruffy because the couple was now so happy. He didn't notice the tears forming in his eyes.

If Tiny didn't notice it, the Butler Ruffy would not know that there was a tear flowing from his eyes.

"Uncle Ruffy, are you all right?" Tiny asked with a tint of worried voice.

Butler Ruffy swiftly wipes his tears flowing down his cheeks. "Of course! Why shouldn't I be? I was just happy that there is a smile on Sir Jones. I thought I would die without seeing his smile again. It was a blessing that Ma'am Ashley arrived in his life."

Tiny nodded as approval to what the older man said, before continuing to eat.

When they finished eating, all the household help with Tanaga, Ashley, and Grandma Hanada all went out to the garden. They continued their celebration—Butler Ruffy ordered to buy sparklers and firecrackers to liven their party.

Even grandma Hanada, her assistant, driver, and bodyguards enjoyed it too. For the first time in Grandma Hanada's life, She experienced her happiest celebration of the new year. That's why she's grateful to her granddaughter-in-law.

When their celebration finished, Grandma Hanada decided to spend the night there. Since the couple will fly back to America the very next day, they spend more time with the elder.

Grandma Hanada and Ashley are having a deep conversation, and they have a sudden visitor… Tanaga was in office and busy doing work, so he didn't know that they have a visitor.

"Where is that bastard! I want to speak to him right now!" President Hanada said, whose appearance looks like they came from the airport and went straight to the mansion.

Right after President Hanada was released from the precinct, he didn't go to the hotel. Instead, he went straight to the airport, where a private plane of the THJ Group is waiting.

He didn't wait for his directors and assistant. He didn't want to waste time, and he needs to catch up to Tanaga before he flies back to America.

"Who are you calling bastard? Last time I checked, you are the son of the bastard father. You enter here like you own this place!" Grandma Hanada retorted.

President Hanada was surprised by the way grandma Hanada answered him while Tanaga's woman was sitting right there listening.

"Mother, stay out of this, please! Your grandson did a number on me! Did you know I had to spend time in jail because of him." Shouted President Hanada while his eyes bulging out of the socket and smoke coming out of his ears?

Grandma Hanada didn't know whether she should pity him or be happy for what Tanaga has done if it is true. She decided to interrupt his outburst.

"Tan is in his office. If you want to talk to him, you should go there. You are disturbing us." grandma Hanada said while holding Ashley's hand to calm her down. She could sense that the poor girl was intimidated and shaking to the core of her being.

Right after president Hanada heard that Tanaga was in his office, he quickly turn around and left to find Tanaga.

"Grandma, shall we go follow in case something might happen between the two?" Ashley worriedly asked the older woman.

"HMPH! Let them be, they are already old and if anything happens… I don't want to get involved and be the receiver of that demented old man's anger."

Ashley laughs at what the elder said. "Hahaha! Demented! Grandma, that was your son, you're calling demented. Your forgetting he has the same blood as you, grandma! Ashley meant that if President Hanada is demented, he could only get it from either the older woman or her husband.

While Grandma Hanada was still holding Ashley's hand… "Granddaughter, I have something to say. Since you are already part of the family, and someday you and Tan's son will be the one who will inherit everything. It's good that you know the truth.

"President Hanada wasn't my real child. We were not blood-related. He uses the surname "Hanada" because he didn't know who his parent. When my husband was still alive, we were never blessed with a son.

"We only have one child, and that was Tanaga's mother. President Hanada was a child from the street when we found him. My husband pitied him and brought him home because we don't have a son.

"Anyway, we sent him to school and gave him the surname Hanada. But it is not official, and we did not adopt him as we don't want to provide him with the rights regarding our business. I think this is one of the reasons why he is so upset at Tanaga.

"Anyway, I'll continue the story while we are on the way to America. It is quite long, and you should know everything. Moreover, the day will come when they will find out that you and Tanaga were already married, and on top of that, you are pregnant.

"When that time comes, you need to be careful, and you should always be with your bodyguards. Do you understand?" Grandma Hanada said concern showing on her face.

After hearing what the older woman said, Ashley couldn't sit still and wanted to go to her husband already. She proceeds to stand so that she could go towards her husband and his fake uncle.

However, when Ashley was about to leave. Grandma Hanada stopped her quickly.

"Granddaughter, please stay here! Your husband can handle him. I promise you he can't do a thing to your husband. That man has no balls, and he let other people do his evil deeds." Said Grandma Hanada sadly.

There was nothing Ashley could do, but to sit back down and wait for whatever the outcome might be...
