Chapter 313 - Tanaga Wants To Move In...

When Butler Ruffy heard of Tanaga's idea to fly to the US, his face brightened up which was in a tragic state when they returned to Japan. Even though he could talk with Jessie and he saw the twins everyday… it wasn't like when he was there personally.

That's why when Tanaga told him to prepare their luggage, the Butler quickly followed his boss's order. While Tanaga was taking a bath, the Butler quickly went to his own room and prepared his own luggage.

Tanaga's brow was raised and wrinkles appeared on his forehead when he went down and saw Butler Ruffy waiting for him with his own luggage…

"Uncle Ruffy, what is the meaning of this? Why do you have luggage too? I never said I will bring you with me," Tanaga asked with a serious face and wrinkled forehead.

Butler Ruffy stood straight before answering. "I'm sorry, Sir Jones. But even if I am fired, I will never accept it if you aren't going to bring me with you if your destination is Texas!" Then he lifted up his luggage and gave it to the driver to put in the trunk of the car.

"Hahaha! Hahaha!" Tanaga laughed loudly. He had just proven that his children beat him when it came to Butler Ruffy's love. He was actually planning to bring him since the start. Ever since he was a child, the Butler never left his side. No matter where he went, he was there. Even now.

When Aiko talked to Koji, he was obviously angry, and he even looked like he didn't want to go. But when she mentioned what Tanaga told him that if he did not go, he would be fired immediately. He had no other choice but to relay that he will be leaving right now.

After Koji prepared his luggage to fly to Europe, he decided to message Ashley via email. Because he knew that it was already deep in the night, he didn't want to disturb her in case she was already resting.

Dear President Jones,

While you are currently reading this email, I am currently in Europe to fix a major problem that has occurred here. I didn't bother to text or call you as I thought you are already resting, and I will be leaving tonight. Do not worry, I will do my work faster so I can return immediately.

While I am away, please study each and every job of all departments. I will also message the department heads to help you till I return.

Always take care, and if you have any questions please don't hesitate to call me. No matter the time I will answer it.

When Koji finished making the message, he made sure that the message didn't look personal and pressed the send button to send it.

A few moments later, the gloomy Koji was inside a car heading towards the airport where he would be carried further away from Ashley. But this was not the end – he had a plan in case it works. The day will come, and Ashley will be his.

Meanwhile, Ashley was preparing to sleep. She just finished spending time with her twins. She was very happy as the twins were only about two weeks old, yet they were very fat.

Ashley just finished showering and she was currently drying her hair. She thought of checking her email in case there was something important that needed her attention. Ashley was surprised when she opened her inbox and found the letter Koji sent her.

"Hmm, what could it be?" Ashley asked herself while opening the email. When she finished reading it, she looked at the clock. It's already 12:30 A.M. Did he depart already?" 

She was contemplating whether to call Koji to find out if he had departed or not. In the end her decision was not to call because she was shy. Instead, she just replied to the email.

Dear President Hanada,

Thank you very much for the email you have sent. Do not worry for I will follow your advice, that if I have any questions… you will be the first one to hear it. Take care on your journey. I am hoping for your quick return.

After that, she re-read it and made sure that it wouldn't look like a personal letter. She didn't notice that the name she had input was Ashley Gusman and not Mrs. Jones. She then sent it to Koji.

After Ashley sent her reply, she was preparing to sleep so that she wouldn't look like a certain endangered-bamboo-eating-Chinese-bear. She turned off the laptop and closed it before going to her bed to rest.

She had yet to rest her head on the pillow when the lights of her phone lit up. Ashley looked at her phone and was contemplating whether to answer or not since it was already past midnight and she thought it was Tanaga who was calling.

Ashley decided to just ignore who is calling. Even if it was President Hanada or Tanaga she wasn't interested in talking deep into the night. She flipped her phone so that she wouldn't know if there was someone calling or not. Then she turned off the lamp and laid on the bed to sleep.

Meanwhile, Koji was severely disappointed that Ashley did not answer her call. Because there was still 10 minutes left before his flight, he was planning to spend it while talking to Ashley. But when he noticed what time it was, he was embarrassed because it was already deep in the night.

He just decided to re-read the email sent to him with a wide smile and was staring at the bottom end where Ashley put her name. Because instead of 'Mrs. Jones' or 'President Ashley' she had put her name as 'Ashley Gusman'. He was given a new motivation that he had a big chance in the future.

Because of the exhaustion and because she slept late last night, it was already 7 in the morning, yet Ashley still hadn't woken up. If Grandma Hanada hadn't yet knocked because she had to talk to her, she still wouldn't wake up.

"Knock! Knock! Granddaughter, it's Grandma Hanada, are you awake already? Can I talk to you before you go to work?" Grandma Hanada then turned the knob of the door which wasn't locked.

Because Ashley usually doesn't lock the door, Grandma Hanada entered before she had risen up from her bed. "Hmm…" then Ashley stretched her body and looked at who entered the room. Her eyes were half-closed and half-open when she rose up from her bed.

She quickly opened her eyes when she saw Grandma Hanada was the one who entered, and she stood up quickly. "Grandma! Good morning too!" Then Ashley fixed herself and tied up her long hair.

"Hahaha! Are you shocked? You are prettier in the morning dear, Hahaha! Looks like you were exhausted on your first day of the job, eh?" Grandma Hanada smiled as she greeted and approached Ashley.

Ashley was half awake, half asleep when she quickly ran to the toilet to wash her face. After she gargled, she quickly returned to her room to learn what the old woman wanted to do to her.

"Sit, please." Ashley invited the old woman to sit while helping her to reach the mini sofa inside her room.

"Do you need anything from me?" Ashley asked while sitting beside the old lady.

Grandma Hanada first smiled before reaching for Ashley's hand. "Granddaughter, I have something I want to know. It is about Tanaga…" Grandma Hanada said while looking straight at Ashley.

"What is it?" The confused Ashley asked while she was being nervous. 'I hope she won't ask if I want to be with Tanaga again, because if that's what she wants to know… then even I don't know.' Ashley thought while waiting for the question of the old lady.

"It's like this. if your husband wants to live with you and be together with you, are you going to approve it?"
