Eve’s paladin mode is given form by the bamboo shoot army, and Rose’s vines keep wrapping around the parts that were destroyed by Seilook’s super powered dragon breath.
Eve’s right side is particularly damaged, so it’s almost completely covered in vines.
Rose fills damaged gaps, takes the place of bamboo shoots that don’t work anymore, and becomes part of that body.
But that’s not all.
Eve stands up with its new body, and some vines on the ground of the sanctuary swell up.
Those vines bring arms from the sister tower, that Rose and I prepared just to fight Araysla.
We transmuted them while making liberal use of the materials from legendary strong monsters that Zwei hoarded.
A giant helmet, and a shield and armor made from hide. Rose equips it all on Eve.
“Yes, it looks like they fit perfectly.”
I say as I look on at Eve and Rose, and Seilook is still on the offensive.
Eve holds up the shield it just received to guard against a dragon breath, which disappears the moment it touches the shield.
“It’s the skin of an ancient dragon. Looks like that dragon breath won’t be a problem.”
Is Seilook scared on an instinctual level of a being it recognizes as its superior? Seilook’s expression twists a lot when he sees the shield.
In the meantime, every item is equipped on Eve, and big roses bloom on the vines covering it.
It’s like its new body is being blessed.
And a new message appears on the plate, as if agreeing with this sentiment.
“Confirmed transformation of Eve into a new mode. Input name.”
“『Crimson paladin mode』”
“Registered new name.”
The plate displays letters as I respond, and Eve starts moving in its new crimson paladin mode.
The giant bamboo shoot fully equipped and covered in giant roses then swings its sword at the servant of the evil goddess.
